Pork Honey Fried Potatoes


Ingredients # 1
  • 500 grams. Or ½ Kilo Pork boneless, sliced cube
  • 1 teaspoon Honey woodsmoke flavour
  • 1 tablespoon cream cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Aroma fond or broth cube
  • ½ teaspoon dried basilicom
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thymian
Cooking Procedure for Ingredients # 1
  1. Combine all ingredients into pork. Deep fry pork mixture in hot oil until light brown. Set aside.
Ingredients # 2
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pc. Medium onion, sliced
  • 1 Cup broth stock
  • ½ Cup nestle cream or Evap. milk (or whipping cream )
Cooking Procedure for Ingredients # 2
  1. Heat butter or olive oil in a saucepan, saute garlic, onion. Add fried pork and stir.
  2. Add broth stock and cover, let it boil for 15 minutes, then add nestle cream, continue stirring for 4 minutes. Correct seasoning. Serve hot!
  • Garnishing: Green leafy vegetable, cucumber sliced, red radish.
  • Serve with: Rice or Fried Potatoes, cucumber salad, and gravy sauce.


Fried Potatoes
  • 4 - 6 pcs. Medium sized potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Butter or cooking oil for frying Potatoes
  • Dried thymian
  • Salt or Vegeta
Cooking Procedure for Potatoes:
  1. Pour half water in a kettle. Add potatoes, salt, cooking oil, cover and cook for 25 - 30 minutes.
  2. Then let it cool and peel off skin and slice into flatten about 2cm. thick.
  3. Mix potatoes with salt ( or: vegeta ) and dried thymian.
  4. In a saucepan heat butter or cooking oil and fry potatoes until golden brown.

Pork BBQ In Lemon Marinade

Ingredients:

  • ½ Kilo pork sliced cube / or: on your desired sized.
  • Skewers, Bamboo stick ), soak skewers in water to prevent them from burning when on the grill.
Vegetables:
  • 6 - 8 pcs. Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 grams. white or brown Mushrooms , select round and small sized.
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced cube
  • 1 - 2 onions, sliced quartered
Lemon mixture:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • A dash of salt to taste
Procedure:
  1. Combine Pork mixture together and add pork cube. Marinade for 2 to 4 hours. Keep refrigerated.
  2. Skewer pork cube,then cherry tomato, mushrooms,the pork cube, then onion,mushrooms, pork cube again, then bell pepper. Skewers the pork at least 8 - 18 pcs. You can also add more pork and vegetables if you want.
  3. Grill Pork BBQ in Lemon over electric grill or in a live hot charcoal for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Brush both sides with lemon sauce to the pork using the basting brush.
Tips:
  • You can serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Bread / or: Rice
  • Vegetable salad

Note:
  • You can also cook this recipe in a sauce pan or in wok without skewers ( bamboo stick )
  • Saute pork mixture in a sauce pan until brown. Then add vegetables. Cook until half done. Do not over cook vegetables. Correct Seasoning with salt and pepper.
