Ingredients # 1
- 500 grams. Or ½ Kilo Pork boneless, sliced cube
- 1 teaspoon Honey woodsmoke flavour
- 1 tablespoon cream cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- ½ teaspoon Aroma fond or broth cube
- ½ teaspoon dried basilicom
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thymian
- Combine all ingredients into pork. Deep fry pork mixture in hot oil until light brown. Set aside.
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pc. Medium onion, sliced
- 1 Cup broth stock
- ½ Cup nestle cream or Evap. milk (or whipping cream )
- Heat butter or olive oil in a saucepan, saute garlic, onion. Add fried pork and stir.
- Add broth stock and cover, let it boil for 15 minutes, then add nestle cream, continue stirring for 4 minutes. Correct seasoning. Serve hot!
- Garnishing: Green leafy vegetable, cucumber sliced, red radish.
- Serve with: Rice or Fried Potatoes, cucumber salad, and gravy sauce.
Fried Potatoes
- 4 - 6 pcs. Medium sized potatoes
- ½ teaspoon cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Butter or cooking oil for frying Potatoes
- Dried thymian
- Salt or Vegeta
- Pour half water in a kettle. Add potatoes, salt, cooking oil, cover and cook for 25 - 30 minutes.
- Then let it cool and peel off skin and slice into flatten about 2cm. thick.
- Mix potatoes with salt ( or: vegeta ) and dried thymian.
- In a saucepan heat butter or cooking oil and fry potatoes until golden brown.
