Ingredients: Combine in: - 1 Kilo Prawns
- 1 - 2 can coconut milk
- 1 pc. broth cube ( Maggi cube )
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce ( patis )
- 1 thumb ginger ( luy-a ), sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 pcs. Medium sized onions, sliced
- 1 stalk Lemon grass / Or: tanglad ( Or: Lemon Powder )
- 1 pc. red hot chilli, sliced - ( optional )
- 8 pcs. black whole pepper, crushed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Cooking Procedure: - Wash Prawns.
- Combine all ingredients and put in a pot. Simmer for 45 - 60 minutes or until sauce is thickens. Stir occasionally.
- Correct seasoning
- Serve with rice
