Ingredients:
- ½ Kilo chicken, boneless - sliced on your desired sized
- Skewers, Bamboo stick ), soak skewers in water to prevent them from burning when on the grill.
- 50 - 100 grams bacon, sliced into thin flatten long
- Sage leaves, fresh - ( salbei )
- 6 - 8 pcs. Cherry tomatoes
- 150 grams. white or brown Mushrooms , select round and small sized.
- 1 red bei bell pepper, sliced cube
- 1 - 2 onions, sliced quartered
Chicken mixture:
- 2 tablwspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- A dash of salt to taste
Procedure:
- Combine chicken mixture together and add chicken cube. Marinade for 2 to 4. Keep refrigerated.
- First Step: wrap chicken with bacon.
- Second Step: Skewer wrapped chicken pieces in bamboo sticks, then 2 pcs. sage leaves, then cherry tomato, mushrooms,then, chicken, then onion,mushrooms, chicken again, then bell pepper. Skewers the chicken at least 6 - 8 pcs. You can also add more chicken and vegetables if you want.
- Grill BBQ-chicken wrapped in Bacon over electric grill Or you can broil over charcoal for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Brush both sides with marinade sauce to the chicken using the basting brush.
Tips:
- This recipe can be use also to BBQ - Pork. Just omit bacon.
- You can serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Chicken Garlic Sauce:
- 4 - 6 cloves garlic, pell off skin then sliced
- 2 Medium sized red bell pepper, sliced cubed ( atsal )
- 4 - 6 tablespoon light mayonaise
- A dash of salt to tast
Procedure:
- Mix all garlic, bell pepper, mayonaise, salt in a blender, beat until smooth.
- Arrange grilled chicken or fried chicken on a plater with garlic sauce.
