Ingredients:
- 6 Pork Chop, sliced thin
Marinate Sauce Mixture:
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce, ( Mamasitas spicy Sauce ) Or: any of your choice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 tablespoon red wine
- A dash of salt to taste
- A dash of ground pepper
Procedure:
- Mix BBQ sauce, Honey, red wine, salt, pepper in a Medium bowl.
- Marinade pork chop 2 - 4 hours. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
- Bake or broil.
Methode # 1
- Preheat Oven: and bake at180°C for 45 minutes or bake until golden brown.
- Methode # 2
- Grill Pork chop over electric grill. Or you can broil over charcoal for 15 to 20 minutes in a Medium heat. Baste all the while with Marinade sauce to the pork using the basting brush.
