- 1 Kilo Pork Pigue or Pork Ham, whole
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 sprig oregano
- 1 bay leaf ( laurel )
- 2 tbsps. heaping tbsp. tausi ( salted )
- 2 tbsps. fat
- 1/2 sliced maggi cube or knorr seasoning
- a dash of vitsen - optional
- Mix all ingredients and cook until pork is tender. Slice pork into serving pieces. Arrange on a platter, set aside. Strain sauce and pour over pork.
- Serve hot
