Ingredients:
- 6 pcs. Chicken Legs - Malinis na at lagyan nag kaunting hiwa sa likod 3x.
Panimpla #1 - Boil chicken legs 10- 15 Minutes with:
- 2 tbsp. Kalamansi or Lemon Juice ( Zitrone )
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pcs. Onions, sliced
- A dash of pepper
Add ½ cup of water if needed! But I think no need to add water. Depende sa iyo.
Panimpla # 2 - Marinate Mixture:
- 1 tbsp. Teriyaki
- ½ tsp. White wine - Optional
- ½ tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. Light soysauce
- 1 tbsp. Chilli sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Muskatnuss, powder
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder, or Garlic flavor
- ½ tsp. Paprika powder
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- Ang panimpla # 1 ay paghaluin kasama ang chicken legs. At pakuluan ng 10-15 minutes.Takpan. Huwag patuyuan dahil kailangan natin ang sauce niya. Titingnan-tingnan para hindi matuyoan at hindi dumikit.
- Kapag sa tingin ninyo ay okay na ay hanguin ang chicken legs at ilagay sa malaking bowl.
- Ang sauce naman ay ilagay sa isang maliit na bowl. Itabi.
- Ang sunod na gagawin ang pinakuluan na chicken legs ay ihalu ngayon ang *Panimpla # 2 Marinate mixture*.
- Marinate chicken legs in the Mixture 15-20 minutes. Keep covered in the refrigerator. Or in a cool place.
- Remove chicken legs from the marinade and bake or broil.
- Baste chicken legs all the while with the rest of Marinade.
Preheat Oven:
Bake at : 180°C
For about: 40 - 45 minutes or until Golden brown.
Chicken White Sauce:
A.)
½ - 1 cup - Sauce sa chicken na pinakuluan.
Parsley or Petersilie.
B.)
½ Cup fresh Milk or ( Schlag Sahne )
1 tbsp. Cornstarch or ( *Mondamin* Fix Sossen binder hell-( Light ) Optional.
1/8 tsp. Knorr Seasoning or ( chicken cube or Aroma fond - Optional ).
- Ang A.) ay paghaluin at e-blender or e-mixer. Pagkatapos ay isalang sa kaldero at ihalo ngayon ang B.).
- Haluin lang ng mabuti at timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa.
Serve Hot With:
- Steamed Potatoes
- Vegetable Salad
- Or: Rice
Garnish with Sliced Lemon or Kalamansi
Tips:
- Puydi rin ito gawin sa Beef at sa Pork
- Puydi rin ito e deep fry.
