Pork Vegetables With Sherry



Ingredients:
  • 300 grms. Pork / or more than 300 grms.
  • 100 grms. Repolyo ( cabbage )
  • 500 grms. Pinatubo na mongo ( Mongo Sprout )
  • 100 grms. Baguio beans
  • 100 grms. Chicharo
  • Spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic ( Bawang )
  • 1 red kagoko - ( bell pepper )
  • 2 pcs. Onions ( sibuyas Bombay )
  • 1 tbsp. Luy-a ( Ginger ) sliced or chopped
  • 1 Cup broth ( sabaw ng karne )
Panimpla:
  • 1 tbsp. Oystersause/ or Japonaise kikkoman sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp. Knorr seasoning or Maggi cube
  • 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
  • ½ tsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. Cornstarch - tinunaw sa kaunting tubig - pampalapot
Paraan:
  1. Igisa muna ang bawang, isunod ang luya-a at sibuyas Bombay
  2. Isunod ngayon ang karne haluin lang hanggang mag light brown.
  3. At isunod ngayon ang sabaw.at takpan para lumambot ang karne.
  4. At timplahan ng pepper, light soysauce, Knorr seasoning.
  5. Ang mga gulay naman ay buhusan lang ng mainit na tubig mga 30 second lang at salain at itabi.
  6. Kapag malambot na ang karne ay ilagay ngayon ang baguio beans pakuluan lang kaunti at isunod ang sitsaro, repolyo, bell pepper, oyster sauce, spring onions at sesame oil. Ayan puydi e serve with rice.
Tips:
  • Puydi rin ito sa Chicken at Beef.
