Pork Exotic Pate De Curry





Ingredients:

  • ½ kilo. - 1 kilo grm. Pork Meat - palapad ang hiwa
  • 2 Medium Patatas - sliced quarter
  • 1 red bell pepper - optional
  • 1 - 2 pcs. Onions, big
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced
  • 20 grm, (Ginger) Luy-a - sliced or ginadgad
  • 1 pc. Carrot - sliced
  • Parsley / Petersilie - fresh
  • 1 pc. Maggi cube or knorr seasoning
  • 100 grm. Celery meat - sliced
  • 70 grm. Tomato paste or Tomato sauce
  • 1 can pure coconut milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Yellow Curry paste
  • 20 grm. Tanglad or lemon grass powder
  • Spring onions - optional
  • ½ tbsp. Butter

For Marinate:
Marinate ang karne sa sumusunod na mga ingredients:
Marinate for 30 minutes or Over night mas masarap.

  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp. Paprika powder
  • 1 pc. Onion - sliced ring
  • A dash of pepper
  • Maggi cube or Knorr seasoning
  • ¼ tsp. Sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. Curry powder
  • 1 tsp. Thin soy sauce or soja sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Procedure:

  1. Igisa ang bawang sa butter hanggang mag brown. Isunod ang ( Ginger ) luy-a at sibuyas bombay. ( Onions )
  2. Isunod ang minamarinate na karne. Igisa lang hanggang mag light brown.
  3. Isunod ang Tomato paste, curry paste at sunod ang ½ glass of coconut milk na hindi pure at takpan. ( palala huwag kalimutan na tingnan-tingnan at haluin para hindi masunog.)
  4. Pakuluin hanggang 30 minutes. Dagdagan ng kaunting tubig.Takpan para lumambot.
  5. Isunod ang patatas, celery, carrot, maggi cube, tanglad or lemon grass powder, pakuluan lang ng 15 minutes. Haluin lang dahan -dahan.
  6. Isunod ngayon ang pure coconut milk at red bell pepper. Pakuluan lang 6 - 8 minutes.
  7. Dekorasyonan ng parsley / Petersilie or spring onions sa ibabaw. Hanguin na sa apoy

Luto na! Ayan Yummmyyyy!!!!

Note:
Habang pinapalambot ay may lumalabas na oil, kailangan ay tanggalin gamit ang sandok o kaya kutsara.
