Ingredients:
- 400 grm. Pork
- 200 grm. Repolyo - Cabbage
- 200 grm. Baguio beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pc. Onion
- 1 pc. Tomato
- 1 tbsp. Oilve oil or cooking oil - or butter
- Oil for deep frying the meat
- 1 tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
- Knorr seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice - Zitrone
- A dash of black pepper - powder
- 1 and ½ tbsp. Cornstarch - tinunaw sa kaunting tubig - pampalapot
- Ang karne ay hiwain ng palapad ana mahaba at ihalo ang Panimpla #1 at marinate for 30 minutes.
- Pagkatapos ay e deep fry ang minarinate na karne hanggang mag golden brown. Hanguin at itabi patuyuin.
- Igisa ang bawang, onions, tomato, spring onions at ihulog ang karne. Isunod ang baguio beans pakuluan lang at haluin.
- Isunod ngayon ang repolyo at Panimpla # 2
- Ilagay ang cornstarch haluin lang para magpantay. Luto na.
