Pork With Baguio Beans



Ingredients:
  • 400 grm. Pork
  • 200 grm. Repolyo - Cabbage
  • 200 grm. Baguio beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pc. Onion
  • 1 pc. Tomato
  • 1 tbsp. Oilve oil or cooking oil - or butter
  • Oil for deep frying the meat
Panimpla # 1
  • 1 tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
Panimpla # 2
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • Knorr seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice - Zitrone
  • A dash of black pepper - powder
  • 1 and ½ tbsp. Cornstarch - tinunaw sa kaunting tubig - pampalapot
Procedure:
  • Ang karne ay hiwain ng palapad ana mahaba at ihalo ang Panimpla #1 at marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Pagkatapos ay e deep fry ang minarinate na karne hanggang mag golden brown. Hanguin at itabi patuyuin.
  • Igisa ang bawang, onions, tomato, spring onions at ihulog ang karne. Isunod ang baguio beans pakuluan lang at haluin.
  • Isunod ngayon ang repolyo at Panimpla # 2
  • Ilagay ang cornstarch haluin lang para magpantay. Luto na.
