- 2 tablespoon yellow Curry paste
- 1 - 2 fresh hot chillies, chopped
- 1 - 2 tableapoons fish sauce
- 200 - 250 grams. bamboo shoots
- 50 grams. Leek, sliced ( lauch ) - optional
- 2 pcs. Medium sized onions, sliced
- 1 thumb ginger, sliced
- 1 - 2 Cups pure coconut milk - / Or 1 can coconut milk, you can buy in Oriental Store / Asia Shop
- 1 pc. medium carrot, sliced
- 1 pc. broth cube
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- A dash of black pepper, powder
Cooking Procedure:- Heat butter in a saucepan and saute garlic, ginger, onions until light brown. Add the meat and fry for 8 minutes until pork changes color, stirring constantly.
- Add half of the coconut milk, yellow paste, fresh sauce,broth cube and let it boil for 30 minutes in a low flame.
- Add carrot, leek, bamboo shoots, chillis, and add the rest of coconut milk and let it boil for another 8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Correct seasoning and serve hot! With Rice.

Ingredients:- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or buttermilk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Procedure:- Finely grind or process the oatmeal in a blender or food processor. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir together honey and yogurt, and then add ground oatmeal.
- Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste consistency has been reached. Smooth over your face and neck, leave on for fifteen minutes, and rinse off with warm water. Can be used daily.

Ingredients:Ingredients for Chicken Marinate:- ½ kl. Chicken - walang buto - sliced pahaba
- 2 pcs chicken wings
- 1 egg - beaten

- 2 pack dry yeast

- Seasoning Marinate Mixture:

Maindish:Ingredients:- 700 grams. Ground meat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pieces onions, chopped
- 375 grams. Tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- A dash of oregano
- A dash of black pepper powder
- 2 - 4 tablespoon catsup
- 1 Maggi cube or Knorr seasoning
- 1 - 2 carrots - grated - ginadgad
- ½ Cup grated Parmesan grated cheese
- 12 pieces Lasagne noodles
- 1 - 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil
Procedure: - Igisa ang garlic sa butter, isunod ang onions, at ilagay na rin ang ground meat at ang tomato paste, catsup, pepper, oregano, Maggi cube, carrots. Halu-haluin lang. At takpan. Dahan dahan lang ang apoy para hindi masunog.
- Ihanda ang baking pan na paglalagyan ng Lasagna.
- Kapag ready na ang mixture ng Lasagne ay ihanda ang baking pan na paglalagyan ng mixture.
- Ang unang gagawin ay lagyan ng ground meat mixture ang baking pan, ikalat lang. Sunod ay ilagay ang lasagne ikalatlang, sunod ay ilagay ulit ang ground meat mixture, lagyan ulit ng Lasagne noodles at patungan ulit ng groundmeat at saka cheese.
- At ilagay sa Oven.
Bake : 180°C Time: 45 - 60 minutes Kapag luto na ay ilagay sa plato at garnish with fresh basilicom at sliced tomato.Palamigin 8 - 10 minutes ang Lasagne bago e serve. - Bawang - marami- ipirito ang bawang na marami at kailangan na golden Brown.
Procedure:- Ang unang gawin ay palambutin muna ang pitso ng manok sa kumukulo na tubig.
- Pakuluan 20 minutes. Timplahan ng patis,chicken Maggi cube, saka ilagay ang sibuyas at paminta.

Ingredients:- ½ Kilo Beef round, cut in serving pieces
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 12 pieces peppercorn, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 large sized onions, sliced
- 1 Cup tomato sauce
- 1 Maggi cube, dissolved
- 2 - 3 Cups boiling water
- 1 pc. Red bell pepper, cut in Strips
- 2 pcs. Laurel or bayleaf
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional
- ½ Cup liver spread
Procedure:- Marinate beef in mixture of vinegar, peppercorn, salt, and minced garlic for 2 hours.
- Fry pieces of beef in cooking oil. Add onions, and saute until tender.
- Pour in tomato sauce, Maggi cube, and boiling water.
- Add the green pepper, bay leaf, and hot sauce as desired.
- Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Blend in liver spread.
- Cook 8 minutes more. Serve!

- 2 pcs. Eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ - 2 cups brown sugar
- ½ Kilo all purpose flour
- ½ - 1 cup tapioca - cassava flour
- 3 ½ - 4 glass water
- ½ - 1 cup milk
Procedure:- Paghaluin ang harina, brown sugar, tapioca, at unti-unting ilagay ang kalahating tubig at ang itlog, melted butter, haluin lang sila at ilagay na rin ang natitira na tubig kasama ang milk.
- Haluin ng mabuti para hindi magbuo-buo ang mixture.
- Ihanda na ang Steamer at para maging mainit kapag isalang na ang Cuchinta.
- Steam time: 50 - 60 Minutes.
- Kapag sa tingin niyo ay luto na, hanguin at palamigin bago alisin sa moldehan. Serve na may kasamang niyog.

KakaninIngredients:Measurement:- 6 Cups coconut milk
- 1 can sweet corn ( kernels )
- 1 Cup sugar
- ½ small can ( 150 ml. ) condensed milk
Thickener:- 2 Cups coconut milk
- 1 Cup cream cornstarch or ( Speise Stärke )
Procedure:- Ilagay ang sweet corn ( kernels ) sa food Processor, e mixer ang sweet kernels.
- Ang sunod na gagawin ay ilagay ang coconut milk sa kaldero at isunod ang sugar, condensed milk, evaporated milk at haluin lang.
- Isunod paglagay ang sweet corn na tapos ng na mixer sa food processor.
- Haluin lang ng haluin at pakuluan ng 6 Minuto. Takpan at hintayin na kumulo ang mixture.
- Tingnan-tingnan ang mixture habang pinpakuluan para hindi masunog. Haluin lang.

Procedure:- Ilatag sa malinis at malapad na lugar ang iyong Dough-Nut.

Panimpla # 3 - 1 tbsp. Soya sauce

Pamaraan sa pagluto:- Ang balat ng prawns ay tanggalin. Pero ang buntot ay iiwan. Ang gray ng tiyan ay tanggalin at ang prawns ay hugasan at patuyoin. Ang likod ng prawns ay hiwaan tapos lapadon, dahan-dahan pag pokpok ang likod ng prawns. At ihalo ang panimpla # 1 at marinate for 10 minutes.
- Ang panimpla # 2 ay ihalo. Pero ang prawnsay lagayan muna ng Flur at ihalo na ang panimpla #2, huwag lagyan ang buntot.
- Ang kaha or kaldero na pagprituhan ng prawns ay lagyan ng maraming oil at e deep fry ang prawns 2-3 minutes, hanguin at patuyuin.

- 1 hot chilli, para may kaunting maanghang siya.

- 1/6 kutsarita sesame oil

- 6 cloves ajos, crushed
- 2 pcs. bombay, sliced
- A dash of vitsen ( optional )
- 1 teaspoon patis
Pamaraan sa pagluto:- Ang Kasele hiwain, at i-prito until brown.
- Mag painit ng oil sa isang kawali, at isunod ang bawang, bombay, soja sauce, suka, sugar, vitsen,patis.

- Pamintang buo - crushed

- 1 pc. Sibuyas bombay
- ½ tsp. Sesame oil

- 200 grm. mushroom
- -tanglad or Zitronen grass
- Green onion leaves - sibuyas dahin
- A dash of salt
Procedure:- Ang isda ay hiwaan ka tatlo, tapos budburan ng kaunting asin.
- E- arrange ngayon ang sibuyas bombay, pamintang buo, mushroom, tanglad, on the bottom of the steaming bowl. Then place fish on top of the vegetables.
- Sprinkle ginger, garlic, sesame oil over fish. Top with the remaining green onion leaves, mushrooms.
- Steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Or until fish flakes easily.
Ingredients for Making the Sauce: Steamed Fish Sauce:- 1 tbsp. Lemon
- 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
- ½ tsp. Soja sauce
- 1 tsp. Fish sauce
- 1 - 2 pcs red hot chilli
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch - tinunaw sa kaunting tubig.
- ½ cup water or sabaw sa isda na pinag steam-man.
- Ilagay sa kaldero ang lahat na ingredients para sa sauce at pakuluan hanggang lumabas ang kanyang lasa. Isunod ang cornstarch haluin lang. At timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa.
- Ang isda at ang mga gulay ay ilagay sa malaking plato at ang sauce niya…at dekorasyonan.

Toppings:- Serve fish, remove fish from the steamer. Place on a serving platter, sprinkle with sauce and spring onions, parsley/Petersilie, fresh Koriander.
- And serve with plenty of rice.
