Garlic Prawns

Ingredients:
  • ½ Kilo / 500 grams. Prawns, butterfly- Pepper, Salt ( to taste )
  • 2 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika, powder
For the Sauce:
  • 70 grams. Garlic, minced
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons Butter
Preparation for the Prawns:
  1. Clean and Butterfly prawns. Season with salt, pepper, calamansi Juice, and Paprika powder.
  2. Heat grill and cook prawns till done ( Do not overcook or it will get tough ).
  3. Set aside.
Preparation for the Sauce:
  1. Cook garlic in olive or until light brown in color then remove from heat.
  2. Add in the butter and swirl.
  3. Pour it over the grilled prawns and Serve.
Garnish:
  • Sliced spring Onion and lemon wedges
