Ingredients:- ½ Kilo / 500 grams. Prawns, butterfly- Pepper, Salt ( to taste )
- 2 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
- 1 teaspoon Paprika, powder
For the Sauce:- 70 grams. Garlic, minced
- 3 - 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 - 3 tablespoons Butter
Preparation for the Prawns:- Clean and Butterfly prawns. Season with salt, pepper, calamansi Juice, and Paprika powder.
- Heat grill and cook prawns till done ( Do not overcook or it will get tough ).
- Set aside.
Preparation for the Sauce:- Cook garlic in olive or until light brown in color then remove from heat.
- Add in the butter and swirl.
- Pour it over the grilled prawns and Serve.
Garnish:- Sliced spring Onion and lemon wedges
