Lemon Lam Legs - Triple L

Main Menu

Ingredients:
  • 3 pcs. Lamm legs
  • 3 - 4 pcs. Potatoes, quartered
Mix all Seasoning:
  • ½ glass redwine
  • ½ - glass water, add more water if desired
  • 1 teaspoon worcester sauce
  • 1 lemon juice, ( Zitrone )
  • Bunch of rosmarine fresh
  • 1 teaspoon dried thymian
  • A dash of salt to taste
  • A dash of ground white, and black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Cooking Procedure:
  1. Combine all seasoning. Spread mixture all over lamm legs. Add potatoes.
  2. Place lamm mixture on a baking dish.
  3. Roast at 180°C - 190°C, this will take about 1-½ hour to 2 hours.
  4. Baste several times with gravy.
  5. Serve hot.
Serve with:
  • Vegetable Salad
  • Dip Sauce / Gravy Sauce
