Ingredients:
- 3 pcs. Lamm legs
- 3 - 4 pcs. Potatoes, quartered
- ½ glass redwine
- ½ - glass water, add more water if desired
- 1 teaspoon worcester sauce
- 1 lemon juice, ( Zitrone )
- Bunch of rosmarine fresh
- 1 teaspoon dried thymian
- A dash of salt to taste
- A dash of ground white, and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Combine all seasoning. Spread mixture all over lamm legs. Add potatoes.
- Place lamm mixture on a baking dish.
- Roast at 180°C - 190°C, this will take about 1-½ hour to 2 hours.
- Baste several times with gravy.
- Serve hot.
