- ½ Kilo - Tulingan / or: Barilis or: Tambakol

- A dash of pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice/ Zitrone
- Dried Thymian
Fish Cooking Procedure:
- Timplahan ang fish ng asin, pepper, lemon juice, thymian at paghaluin.
- Magpainit ng kawali at ilagay ang mantika, kung mainit na ang mantika ay ipritu ang isda. Hanggang maging golden brown.
- Serve with grilled Vegetables.
- 1 pc. Eggplant, sliced
- Zuchinni, sliced
- Spring onions, sliced
- 2 pcs. Tomatoes, sliced
- ½ teaspoon Sesame oil, pampatak sa isda at vegetables before serving.
- Ang Vegetables ay timplahan ng:
- A dash of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Pagsamasamahin ang mga ito at pagkatapos ay ilagay sa baking pan at e -bake sa Oven. 180°C - 190°C, Time: 25 or hanggang maging golden brown.
- Puydi rin ito ipiritu sa kawali na pinagprituhan ng isda.
- Lemon juice, sliced
- Serve with: rice, / Or: fried potatoes, /Or: baked potatoes
- And Dip Sauce / Or: Catsup
