Buko Pandan

Dessert

Ingredients:
  • Cheese in cubes
  • Young Coconut fresh
  • Young coconut Juice
  • Nestle cream
  • Nata de coco
  • Condensed milk
  • Additional pine Apple chunks - optional
  • Jelly powder ( Gelatine )
  • Buko pandan ( Pandan leaves )
Procedure:
  1. Jelly powder / Gelatine at pandan leaves ay pakuluan sa Young coconut Juice halu-haluin lang at kapag kumulo na ay hanguin at ilagay sa form kapag malamig na ay hiwain lang ng cube.
  2. Tapos puydi na e add sa Young coconut fresh, nata de coco,cheese, condensed milk, nestle cream and additional pine Apple chunks - optional lang ito.
  3. Mix lang. At palamigin. Serve
Note:
  • Ang Buko Juice ay kasama pakuluan ang Pandan leaves at Gelatine.
  • Choose your color of Gelatine. ( Puydi - Jelly Powder in Buko Pandan flavor )
  • We can use Pandan Leaves with unflavoured Jelly Powder.
