Barbecued Sauce:
- 1 - 2 tablespoon clive oil
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 thumb ginger, grated
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 - 2 cups stock broth or water
- 2 tablespoons worchetershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon lemon Juice
- ½ cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon mustard or dry mustard powder
- 1/8 teaspoon nelken powder
- 1 teaspoon Knorr seasoning
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 - 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 - 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cream cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- For : Barbecued Sauce: ay magpainit ng kawali at ilagay ang olive oil, at igisa ang bawang, ginger, onions, haluin lang hanngang maging light brown at isunod ang stock broth or water.
- Kapag kumulo na ay ilagay na rin sunod-sunod ang natitirang mga pansahog. Dahan-dahan lang sa apoy.
- At ihalo na rin ang cream cornstarch na tinunaw sa tubig para maging malapot ang sauce niya. Timplahan na rin ayon sa inyong panlasa.
