Special Menu for Dinner:
Ingredients:
- 800 grams - 1 Kilo grams pork medallon, cut into flatten
- 7 - 8 pcs. American Bacon
- 4 pcs. medium cooked potatoes ( Or: Knödel half und half )
- 4 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic flavour
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder / Muskatnuss powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Koriander powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil / dried basilicom
- 2 - 3 tablespoon mustard ( Senf )
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- A dash of salt to rub into meat / or you can use Vegeta as a substitute for salt. ( optional )
Procedure for Beef Medallon:
- Prepare Marinade by combining marinate mixture. Then add beef into mixture and rub gently.
- Then roll bacon into beef seal with toothpick. Let stand 15 minutes.
- Melt butter in a skillet, or olive oil. Drop in slices beef medallon and let it cook until done
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Cucumber sliced
- Red radish sliced
- Lemon, sliced ( Zitrone )
- Plain rice
- Knödel half und half or Cooked potatoes
- 500 grams - ½ Kilo Mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can cream fraiche, ( Nestle Cream )
- 50 grams Rahm sauce, dissolved ( Optional )
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 broth cube or 1 teaspoon Knorr seasoning
- 1 ½ Cup broth stock or water, add more broth or water if desired
- ½ teaspoon dried Thymian
- 1/8 ground black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Wash and cut mushrooms into half and drain.
- Saute garlic and onions in olive oil.
- Add mushrooms, and broth stock. Stir occasionally.
- Then add cream fraiche, Rahm sauce, broth cube, worcester sauce and Thymian. Allow to simmer 4 minutes or until mushrooms sauce is thicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Correct seasoning and serve with Pork Medallon.
- 4 - 6 pcs. raw potatoes, medium sized
- ½ teaspoon cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Water for cooking potatoes
- Boil raw potatoes in water.
- Add cooking oil, and salt. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender.
- When potatoes is done, Peel the skin and serve with Pork Medallon
- 500 grams Baguio Beans
- 100 grams breakfast Bacon ( American Bacon ) ( Or: Blackforest Bacon - German Bacon - “Schwarzwälder Schinken’’ )
- 2 tablespoon mustard ( Senf )
- 4 - 6 tablespoon Butter or cooking oil for frying.
- Ang baguio beans ay hugasan at tanggalin kaunti ang bawat dulo niya.
- Magpakulo ng tubig at ilagay ang baguio beans. Pakuluan hanggang 4 minuto, O kapag medyo malambot na at hindi masyado lutong-luto, katamtaman lang ang lutong niya.
- Pagkatapos ay hanguin at buhusan kaagad ng malamig na tubig at patuyuin at itabi.
- Ang bacon ay ilatag sa malapad na plato lagyan ng mustard ikalat lang siya para magpantay tsansahin nalang ang paglagay huwag masyado marami at magkuha ng 6 - 8 piraso na luto na baguio beans at ilokot sa bacon.
- Pagkatapos ay ipiritu sa butter o sa cooking oil, hanggang maging golden brown ang kulay niya. Babaligtarin lang para magpantay ang luto niya.
