Fried Zuchinni and Fried Egg plant

Ingredients:
  • 1 pc Zuchinni
  • 1 pc eggplant
  • A dash of pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic flavour
  • 1 tbspoon flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Oil for frying
Procedure:
  1. Wash zuchinni, eggplant and sliced into flatten.
  2. In a bowl prepare the batter by combining egg, flour, salt, garlic flavour and pepper. Stir. Dip zuchinni and eggplant in the batter and fry until light brown.
  • Serve hot with Chicken, or Pork, or Beef, with Delicious Sauce
