- 1 pc Zuchinni
- 1 pc eggplant
- A dash of pepper
- Salt to taste
- Garlic flavour
- 1 tbspoon flour
- 1 egg beaten
- Oil for frying
- Wash zuchinni, eggplant and sliced into flatten.
- In a bowl prepare the batter by combining egg, flour, salt, garlic flavour and pepper. Stir. Dip zuchinni and eggplant in the batter and fry until light brown.
- Serve hot with Chicken, or Pork, or Beef, with Delicious Sauce
