Chicken Lemon In Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 6 pcs. Chicken Thigh or chicken legs
  • 2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs. Onions, chopped
  • 6 pcs. Green whole pepper, crushed
  • A dash of white pepper powder
  • 2 - 3 tbsps. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 tsp. Garlic flavour
  • 2 tbsp. Thin soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Paprika powder
  • Salt to taste
2 Cups oil - pampritu

Parsley / Petersilie, chopped

Sauce Thickening:
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch na tinunaw sa kaunting tubig
Procedure:
  1. Linisan ng mabuti ang paa ng manok. Ang likod ng chicken legs ay hiwaan kaunti ka tatlo.
  2. Paghaluin ang lahat ng ingredients Kasama ang manok at isalang sa kaldero. Takpan at pakuluan 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. Pagkatapos ay hanguin sa kaldero ang manok, patuyuin. At ipritu sa mainit na mantika hanggang maging golden brown.
  4. Ang Sauce mixture ay hanguin sa kaldero at ilagay sa maliit na bowl at isama ang parsley, at e mixer. Pagkatapos ay ibalik sa maliit na kaldero at pakuluan 2 minutes at ilagay ang cornstarch pampalapot at timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa.
  5. Garnish with: sliced lemon and parsley
Serve with:
  • Cooked Noodles
  • Or: Rice
  • Or: Cooked Potaoes
  • And Vegetable salad
Tipps:
  • Puydi rin ito ilagay sa oven:
  • Bake at 180°C, for 30 - 45 minutes or until done
  • Brush top of chicken legs with melted butter
