- ½ Kilo pork, sliced into cubes
- ½ Kilo chicken, sliced into pieces
- 2 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil
- 6 - 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - 2 thumb ginger, grated ( adds Unique flavor )
- 3 pcs. medium sized onions, diced
- 3 - 4 cups water
- 1 cup vinegar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pc. broth cube
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 pcs. laurel leaves / bay leaves
- 1 tablespoons cream cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water.
- Saute the garlic, ginger, onions in hot olive oil or cooking oil.
- Add pieces of pork and chicken in a sauce pan. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Pour water, soy sauce, vinegar, broth cube, paprika, and bay leaves.
- Let boil. Cover and simmer for 45 - 60 minutes until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
- When almost done thicken with cornstarch. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with your favorite plain rice.
- You have the Option to cook only Pork Meat. or Chicken meat alone. No need to combine them if desired, as you wish!
