Ingredients:- ½ Kilo Beef round, cut in serving pieces
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 12 pieces peppercorn, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 large sized onions, sliced
- 1 Cup tomato sauce
- 1 Maggi cube, dissolved
- 2 - 3 Cups boiling water
- 1 pc. Red bell pepper, cut in Strips
- 2 pcs. Laurel or bayleaf
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional
- ½ Cup liver spread
Procedure:- Marinate beef in mixture of vinegar, peppercorn, salt, and minced garlic for 2 hours.
- Fry pieces of beef in cooking oil. Add onions, and saute until tender.
- Pour in tomato sauce, Maggi cube, and boiling water.
- Add the green pepper, bay leaf, and hot sauce as desired.
- Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Blend in liver spread.
- Cook 8 minutes more. Serve!
