Ingredients:
- 2 - 3 pcs. red fresh hot chillies,chopped / Or: chilli flakes
- 2 teaspoons hot chilli powder
- 4 tablespoon catsup
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Large sized onion, chopped
- ½ - 1 Cup vinegar
- ½ Cup water
- 1 ½ Cup Pineapple Juice or: Orange Juice
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A dash of ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cream cornstarch,dispersed in 2 tablespoons cold water
- In a wok combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Simmer on a low flame.
- Stir constantly until sauce thickens.
- Correct seasoning with your own taste.
- Let it cool and serve with Lumpia / spring rolls.
