PearL BaLLs

Ingredients:
  • ½ Kilo ground Beef
  • 2 pcs. boiled potato, mashed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon ginger juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 broth cube, dissolved
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cup glutinous rice, soaked overnight
Procedure:
  1. Mix ground Beef, mashed potato, eggs, broth cube, onion, thoroughly. Then add all Other ingredients except rice and mix thoroughly.
  2. Using a tablespoon, shape mixture into balls.
  3. Drain soak rice thoroughly and roll meat balls in it until they are well-covered.
  4. Place meatballs in a steamer over wet cloth and steam for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
