Ingredients:- ½ Kilo ground Beef
- 2 pcs. boiled potato, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon ginger juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 broth cube, dissolved
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cup glutinous rice, soaked overnight
Procedure:- Mix ground Beef, mashed potato, eggs, broth cube, onion, thoroughly. Then add all Other ingredients except rice and mix thoroughly.
- Using a tablespoon, shape mixture into balls.
- Drain soak rice thoroughly and roll meat balls in it until they are well-covered.
- Place meatballs in a steamer over wet cloth and steam for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
