Fried Zuchinni and Cauli Flower

Ingredients:
  • 1 pc Zuchinni
  • 300 grams. Cauli Flower, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • A dash of pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Procedure:
  1. Wash zuchinni, Cauli flower and sliced into flatten.
  2. In a bowl combine egg beaten, salt, pepper.
  3. Mix and and fry until light brown.
