- Green Vegetable Salad
- 1 pc. Red onion, sliced ring
- 1 pc. Tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar ( Altmeister - Weinwürziger Essig )
- 4 tablespoons Water
- ¼ teaspoon Mustard ( Senf )
- 1 tablespoon oil - Normal oil or/ and Olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon white sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon back pepper, powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Dressing:
- Mix all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Or put into electric blender and blend thoroughly
