Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cups flour
- ½ Cup cream cheese ( skimmed milk ) Or Quark
- 2 eggs
- 2 pack dry yeast
- 1/3 Cup melted butter
- 1/3 Cup Evaporated milk
- 1/3 Cup white sugar
- Combine flour, yeast then add melted butter with evaporated milk and cream cheese and sugar. Mix altogether and form into balls on your desired size.
- Let stand for 30 minutes. Deep fry in hot oil.
- White sugar and cinnamon mix together and roll into Doug-Balls.
