Pork Tocino

Ingredients:
  • 1 Kilo Pork, dadagdagan mo lang ng ingredients
  • ½ Cup Apple cider venigar or Coconut white Vinegar
  • 1 Cup 7-up
  • ½ Cup Soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar/or Brown only for Tocino ( Tusino Flavor )
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Black pepper, white pepper, red pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Garlic powder / or 6 cloves garlic sliced very fine
  • 1 tbsp. Aswete / Annato - Itunaw sa tubig
  • 2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • A dash of Curing Salt ( Salitre ) or Saltpeter
  • ½ tbsp. Phosphate - ( Pink Color )
Procedure:
  1. Hiwain ang Pork ng medyo malapad.
  2. Ang lahat ng ingredients ay paghalu-haluin at ibuhos sa karne
  3. Himas-himasin ng mabuti para magpantay.
  4. Refrigerate for 3 to 5 days. Or Marinate. ( Or Marinate 3 to 5 hours )
  5. Ready to fry.
