Ingredients:- 1 Kilo Pork, dadagdagan mo lang ng ingredients
- ½ Cup Apple cider venigar or Coconut white Vinegar
- 1 Cup 7-up
- ½ Cup Soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar/or Brown only for Tocino ( Tusino Flavor )
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Black pepper, white pepper, red pepper
- 2 tbsp. Garlic powder / or 6 cloves garlic sliced very fine
- 1 tbsp. Aswete / Annato - Itunaw sa tubig
- 2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
- A dash of Curing Salt ( Salitre ) or Saltpeter
- ½ tbsp. Phosphate - ( Pink Color )
Procedure:- Hiwain ang Pork ng medyo malapad.
- Ang lahat ng ingredients ay paghalu-haluin at ibuhos sa karne
- Himas-himasin ng mabuti para magpantay.
- Refrigerate for 3 to 5 days. Or Marinate. ( Or Marinate 3 to 5 hours )
- Ready to fry.
