Chicken Gravy Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups chicken stock
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
  • 1 Maggi cube or chicken cube
  • Parsley - / Petersilie
  • Salt to taste
  • A dash of pepper
  • 1 tbspoon cornstarch, dispersed with 1 tablespoon water
Garnishing:
  • Spring onions
Procedure:
  1. Saute garlic, and onion in olive oil. Stir and add chicken broth.
  2. Simmer for 3 minutes and add the rest of ingredients. Boil 5 minutes more.
Serve with:
  • Pan fry chicken
  • Fried Zuchinni
  • Fried eggplant
  • And cooked potatoes
