Ingredients:- 2 Cups chicken stock
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
- 1 Maggi cube or chicken cube
- Parsley - / Petersilie
- Salt to taste
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tbspoon cornstarch, dispersed with 1 tablespoon water
Garnishing:Procedure: - Saute garlic, and onion in olive oil. Stir and add chicken broth.
- Simmer for 3 minutes and add the rest of ingredients. Boil 5 minutes more.
Serve with:- Pan fry chicken
- Fried Zuchinni
- Fried eggplant
- And cooked potatoes
