Malagkit Muffin



Ingredients:
  • ½ Cup rice Flour
  • 2 Cups malagkit flour
  • 15 grms. Baking powder - or 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • ¼ Cup water
  • ¼ Cup melted butter or melted margarine
Procedure:
  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients
  2. Combine eggs, milk, water, and butter. And stir into dry ingredients. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Fill greased muffin tins threefourths and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C Or bake until golden brown or until done.
