Ingredients:
Combine first ingredients:
- 1 Kilo Tahong ( Muscheln )
- 2 can coconut milk
- 1 pc. broth cube ( Maggi cube )
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce ( patis )
- 1 thumb ginger ( luy-a ), sliced
- 1 large sized onion, sliced
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 10 pcs. black whole pepper, crushed
- ½ eggplant
- 150 grams brocoli
- 100 grams baguio beans
- 1 stalk Lemon grass / Or: tanglad ( Or: Lemon Powder )
- 1 pc. red hot chilli, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper
- Season with salt and pepper
- ½ Cup spring onion, sliced
- Cooking Procedure:
- Wash Tahong ( muscheln )
- Combine first ingredients and put in a wok. Simmer for 40 - 50 minutes.
- Then add vegetables. Simmer for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Correct seasoning. Serve with rice
