Tahong A LA Coconut


Ingredients:
Combine first ingredients:
  • 1 Kilo Tahong ( Muscheln )
  • 2 can coconut milk
  • 1 pc. broth cube ( Maggi cube )
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce ( patis )
  • 1 thumb ginger ( luy-a ), sliced
  • 1 large sized onion, sliced
  • 2 - 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 10 pcs. black whole pepper, crushed
Vegetables:
  • ½ eggplant
  • 150 grams brocoli
  • 100 grams baguio beans
  • 1 stalk Lemon grass / Or: tanglad ( Or: Lemon Powder )
  • 1 pc. red hot chilli, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Season with salt and pepper
Garnish:
  • ½ Cup spring onion, sliced
  • Cooking Procedure:
  • Wash Tahong ( muscheln )
  • Combine first ingredients and put in a wok. Simmer for 40 - 50 minutes.
  • Then add vegetables. Simmer for 8 - 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Garnish with spring onion.
  • Correct seasoning. Serve with rice
