Pork IN HOneY Wood Smoke FLavour

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Kilo Pork Pork, boneless
MARINATE in:
  • 2 teaspoons woodsmoke flavour ( Mild BBQ sauce )
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried basilicom
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried basilicom
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried Thymian
  • A dash of salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon *Garlic Olive Oil Dressing Mixture** ( Please search on my *Homepage*)
Cooking Procedure:
  1. Mix all ingredients into pork and marinate for 15 - 30 minutes.
  2. Fry pork marinate in 3 tablespoon melted butter, fry until done.
  3. Correct seasoning.
  4. Arrange on a platter
  • Serve with: French Fried (Pommes)
Garnishing:
  • cucumber sliced
  • red radish
