BBQ na Tadyang - Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 2 Kilos pork ribs, cut at your desired sized
  • Marinate Mixture:
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 - 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup 7-up or sprite
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/3 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 thumb ginger, chopped
  • 3 - 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon hot chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder or five spice
Procedure :
  1. Combine all marinate mixture and add pork ribs. Mix thoroughly. And refrigerate for about 12 - 24 hours.
  2. Grill over Medium heat, for about 45 - 60 minutes or until done, while basting with Marinade sauce.
