Special Babecue Sauce

Ingredients:

Special Babecue Sauce Mixture:
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cloved garlic, chopped very fine
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • ¾ Cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 - 3 Cups water
  • 1 Cup broth stock, optional
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Molasses, ( Syrup from raw sugar )
  • ¾ Cup light corn Syrup
  • 1 broth cube ( Bouillon cube )
  • ½ - 1 Cup tomato paste, or tomato sauce
  • ½ Cup white coconut vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic flavour or garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon Juice
  • 4 - 6 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon nelken powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Muskatnuss powder
  • A dash of salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin powder
Preparation:
  1. Magpainit ng kaldero at ilagay ang olive oil, igisa ang bawang at sibuyas bombay, haluin lang hanggang maging brown.
  2. Isunod na rin paghalo ang mga natitirang pansahog sa Special Babecue Sauce Mixture. Pakuluan 45 - 60 minuto sa dahan-dahan na apoy. Hanggang maging sticky ang mixture niya.( puydi ninyo dadagdagan ng tubig kund gusto ninyo.
  3. Kapag sa tingin ninyo ay puydi na… ay palamigin at ilagay sa bowl na nakasirado at ilagay sa refrigerator magdamag. Para talagang kakapit ang flavors niya.
  4. Ayan may sauce na kayo sa Barbecue ninyo.

Chicken InasaL ALa Rich

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 2 Kilo chicken legs with thighs
Marinate Mixture:
  • 4 tablespoon calamansi or lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 - 4 stalk lemon grass / tanglad
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoons paprika powder
  • 2 - 3 thumbs sized ginger, grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper powder
Sauce Mixture: for basting chicken legs on Grill:
  • Annato in oil / Atswete, dispersed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Sauce from the marinade mixture.
  1. The left over marinade sauce add 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil for about 4 minutes in a low flame. Then add butter and annato/atswete to the sauce mixture. Stir and Set aside.
Cooking procedure:
  • Combine marinate mixture in a bowl. Marinate chicken legs in the mixture for about 4 hours or overnight. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
  • Remove chicken from the Marinade. Set aside.
  • Bake or Broil chicken legs in electric oven or in a hot live charcoal.
  • And baste chicken legs all the while with the prepared sauce mixture.
  • Serve with your home made delicious sauce or chilli sauce.

BBQ Pork Chop

Ingredients:
  • 6 Pork Chop, sliced thin
Marinate Sauce Mixture:
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce, ( Mamasitas spicy Sauce ) Or: any of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 tablespoon red wine
  • A dash of salt to taste
  • A dash of ground pepper
To Marinate:
  • Paghaluin lang ang lahat ng Marinate sauce mixture at ibabad 30 minutes.
  • Painitin ang Oven 180 °C
  • E-bake 25 minutes or:, hanggang maluto or maging golden brown.
Tipps:
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and green salad.

Chicken InasaL Mixed With Liver - Isol - Wings - Tail - Gizzard - Baticolon

Ingredients:

Chicken:
  • Liver
  • Isol
  • Wings
  • Tail
  • Gizzard
  • Baticolon
Marinate Mixture:

  • 6 tablespoon calamansi or lemon juice

Barbeque Chicken In Oriental Asian Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 Kilo Chicken thighs
Marinade Mixture Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon Juice
  • 5 - 6 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 pc. medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions, chopped
  • ¾ cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 thumb ginger, ( Luy-a ), chopped
  • 1 - 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/8 cayanne pepper
  • A dash of salt to taste
Preparation:

  1. Sa isang malaking bowl ay paghaluin ang Marinate Mixture haluin lang ng mabuti, magtabi ng ¾ cup na marinate mixture.
  2. Pagkatapos ay ibuhos sa chicken thighs, himas-himasin lang ng mabuti para magpantay. At ibabad ng 3 - 4 na oras.
  3. Ihanda na ang electric grill or grill in charcoal.

  • 2 tablespoon Maggi Magic Sarap
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • ½ tablespoon cooking oil
Barbecue Sauce:
  • ½ cup Chilli Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Maggi Savor classic
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Ihalo ang Marinate Mixture sa karne at ibabad ng magdamag.

Para sa Barbecue Sauce:
  1. Painitin ang kawali at igisa ang bawang, sibuyas. At ilagay na rin ang ibang pansahog. Takpan at pakuluan mga 8 minutes.
  2. Haluin lang. Pagkatapos ay ilagay sa bowl. At takpan.
Para sa Minamarinate na Spareribs:
  1. Ilagay sa kaldero ang minamarinate na karne, at pakuluan ng 30 - 35 minutos hanggang maging malambot ang karne.
  2. Pagkatapos ay E-grill sa 4 - 6 inches over live charcoal.
  3. Ang niluto na Sauce para sa Sparibs ay siya ang silbing pampahid sa karne habang gini-grill sa oling.

  • 2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cream cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Preparation:

Twins Style Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 1 ½ Kilo Spare Ribs
  • Seasoning Marinate Mixture:
  • 3 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry
  • ½ tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation:
  1. Para sa Seasoning Marinate Mixture: ay paghaluin ang lahat ng ingredients, at ilagay sa spare ribs na malinis na, haluin lang ng mabuti at takpan. Ilagay sa refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or magdamag na nakababad.
  2. Pagkatapos ng nakababad ay painitin na ang Oven 170°C - 180°C
  3. At ilagay na sa baking pan ang spareribs, lutuin mga 1 hour to 1 ½ hours hanggang golden brown.
Note:

Fried Zuchinni and Fried Egg plant

Ingredients:
  • 1 pc Zuchinni
  • 1 pc eggplant
  • A dash of pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic flavour
  • 1 tbspoon flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Oil for frying
Procedure:
  1. Wash zuchinni, eggplant and sliced into flatten.
  2. In a bowl prepare the batter by combining egg, flour, salt, garlic flavour and pepper. Stir. Dip zuchinni and eggplant in the batter and fry until light brown.
  • Serve hot with Chicken, or Pork, or Beef, with Delicious Sauce

Ginisa na Baguio Beans Or Sitaw

Ingredients:
  • 300 grams karne na baboy, maliliit ang hiwa
  • 400 grams baguio beans or Sitaw
  • 3 - 4 pcs. Kamatis, sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 2 pcs. Sibuyas Bombay, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ glass broth stock or water
  • 1 tablespoon worcester sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried thymian
  • 1/8 teaspoon Paminta, powder
  • A dash of salt
  • Broth cube, to taste - optional
Procedure:
  1. Ang hiniwa na karne ng baboy ay lagyan ng kaunting asin, lamasin lang. At ipiritu, kapag light brown na ay hanguin at itabi.
  2. Igisa ngayon ang bawang sa pinagprituhan ng baboy, at kailangan ay hindi madami ang mantika, at kung marami ay bawasan. Isunod ang sibuyas bombay, kamatis, haluin lang ng mabuti.
  3. Isunod ngayon ang piniritu na karne, at ang baguio beans or sitaw.
  4. Timplahan ng soya sauce, broth cube, worcester sauce, dried Thymian, paminta powder. Haluin lang. At ilagay ang broth stock or tubig.
  5. Palaala ay huwag e-over cook ang baguio beans dahil ito ay hindi masarap, mas masarap kung hindi over cook dahil malutong-lutong siya. Serve!

Maindish:

Ingredients:
  • 700 grams. Ground meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pieces onions, chopped
  • 375 grams. Tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • A dash of oregano
  • A dash of black pepper powder
  • 2 - 4 tablespoon catsup
  • 1 Maggi cube or Knorr seasoning
  • 1 - 2 carrots - grated - ginadgad
  • ½ Cup grated Parmesan grated cheese
  • 12 pieces Lasagne noodles
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil
Procedure:
  1. Igisa ang garlic sa butter, isunod ang onions, at ilagay na rin ang ground meat at ang tomato paste, catsup, pepper, oregano, Maggi cube, carrots. Halu-haluin lang. At takpan. Dahan dahan lang ang apoy para hindi masunog.
  2. Ihanda ang baking pan na paglalagyan ng Lasagna.
  3. Kapag ready na ang mixture ng Lasagne ay ihanda ang baking pan na paglalagyan ng mixture.
  4. Ang unang gagawin ay lagyan ng ground meat mixture ang baking pan, ikalat lang. Sunod ay ilagay ang lasagne ikalatlang, sunod ay ilagay ulit ang ground meat mixture, lagyan ulit ng Lasagne noodles at patungan ulit ng groundmeat at saka cheese.
  5. At ilagay sa Oven.
Bake : 180°C
Time: 45 - 60 minutes
Kapag luto na ay ilagay sa plato at garnish with fresh basilicom at sliced tomato.
Palamigin 8 - 10 minutes ang Lasagne bago e serve.

Note:
  • Magpainit nag tubig na nilagyan ng kaunting asin. Lutuin ang Lasagna noodles sa kumukulo na tubig for 8 - 10 minutes. Hanguin ang Lasagne noodles at banlawan ng malamig na tubig.

Chicken Mami Noodles Special ( Dina‘s Style )

Ingredients:
  • Noodles - yong manipis lang ( Glass noodles )
  • 1 pitso ng manok
  • 1 sibuyas Bombay
  • Chinese pechay maliit lang ang hiwa
  • 1 or more nilaga na itlog
  • ½ to 1 tbsp. Patis - Panimpla
  • 1/8 tsp. Paminta powder
  • Maggi chicken cube
  • Spring onions - sibuyas dahon
  • Bawang - marami- ipirito ang bawang na marami at kailangan na golden Brown.
Procedure:

  1. Ang unang gawin ay palambutin muna ang pitso ng manok sa kumukulo na tubig.
  2. Pakuluan 20 minutes. Timplahan ng patis,chicken Maggi cube, saka ilagay ang sibuyas at paminta.
  3. After 20 pagpakulo ay hanguin sa kaldero ang pitso. Saka himayin at Hindi masyado maliit my kataasan ang paghimay. Set aside!
  4. Sa pinaglutuan ng pitso ay doon lutuin ang noodles for 5 minutes. Hanguin! Set aside!
  5. Sa isang bowl ay lagyan ng naluto na noodles,ilagay din ang hinimay na pitso ng manok, saka ilagay ang itlog ipaibabaw dalawang hiwa.
  6. Saka ilagay ang Chinese pechay
  7. Saka ilagay ang sabaw na pinagkuluan ng pitso ng manok. Kailangan na umuusok sa init-mainit na mainit ang sabaw.
  8. Saka lagyan ng spring onions ( Sibuyas dahon )
  9. At ang pinaka last na ilagay ay ang pinirtong bawang. Ito ang magpapalasa at pampabango. Amoy na amoy ang bawang…. Hhhmmm Yummyyy….

Ingredients:
  • ½ Kilo Beef round, cut in serving pieces
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 12 pieces peppercorn, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 large sized onions, sliced
  • 1 Cup tomato sauce
  • 1 Maggi cube, dissolved
  • 2 - 3 Cups boiling water
  • 1 pc. Red bell pepper, cut in Strips
  • 2 pcs. Laurel or bayleaf
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional
  • ½ Cup liver spread
Procedure:
  1. Marinate beef in mixture of vinegar, peppercorn, salt, and minced garlic for 2 hours.
  2. Fry pieces of beef in cooking oil. Add onions, and saute until tender.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce, Maggi cube, and boiling water.
  4. Add the green pepper, bay leaf, and hot sauce as desired.
  5. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Blend in liver spread.
  6. Cook 8 minutes more. Serve!

Kakanin

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 4 tbsp. Margarine, melted
  • 2 pcs. Eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups brown sugar
  • ½ Kilo all purpose flour
  • ½ - 1 cup tapioca - cassava flour
  • 3 ½ - 4 glass water
  • ½ - 1 cup milk
Procedure:
  1. Paghaluin ang harina, brown sugar, tapioca, at unti-unting ilagay ang kalahating tubig at ang itlog, melted butter, haluin lang sila at ilagay na rin ang natitira na tubig kasama ang milk.
  2. Haluin ng mabuti para hindi magbuo-buo ang mixture.
  3. Ihanda na ang Steamer at para maging mainit kapag isalang na ang Cuchinta.
  4. Steam time: 50 - 60 Minutes.
  5. Kapag sa tingin niyo ay luto na, hanguin at palamigin bago alisin sa moldehan. Serve na may kasamang niyog.
Tips:
  • Ang Cuchinta mixture ay hindi na kailangan lagyan ng Lihiya.

Ingredients:

Mga sangkap:
  • 1 tasang malagkit na bigas
  • 2½ tasang tubig
  • ½ tasang cocoa (hindi matamis)
  • ½ tasang asukal
  • 1/8 kutsaritang vanilla
  • gatas na condensada
Procedure:
  1. Pakuluan ang bigas na malagkit sa isang kalderong maliit. Halu-haluin.
  2. Kapag, malapit nang maluto ang malagkit, ihalo ang cocoa, asukal, vanilla.
  3. Ihain sa mga malukong ang champurado.
  4. Lagyan ng gatas sa ibabaw ayon sa panlasa.
  5. Masarap na i-ulam ang piniritong tuyo sa champurado.

Ingredients:

Measurement:
  • 6 Cups coconut milk
  • 1 can sweet corn ( kernels )
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • ½ small can ( 150 ml. ) condensed milk
Thickener:
  • 2 Cups coconut milk
  • 1 Cup cream cornstarch or ( Speise Stärke )
Procedure:
  1. Ilagay ang sweet corn ( kernels ) sa food Processor, e mixer ang sweet kernels.
  2. Ang sunod na gagawin ay ilagay ang coconut milk sa kaldero at isunod ang sugar, condensed milk, evaporated milk at haluin lang.
  3. Isunod paglagay ang sweet corn na tapos ng na mixer sa food processor.
  4. Haluin lang ng haluin at pakuluan ng 6 Minuto. Takpan at hintayin na kumulo ang mixture.
  5. Tingnan-tingnan ang mixture habang pinpakuluan para hindi masunog. Haluin lang.
  6. Ang sunod na gagawin ay ang Thickener: Paghaluin ngayon ang 2 Cups coconut milk at 1 Cup cream cornstarch or ( Speise Stärke )
  7. Pagkatapos ng 6 na Minuto na pinapakuluan ang mixture, ay halu-haluin lang. At isunod ngayon paghalu ang Thickener, kapag malapot na ang mixture ay patayin na ang apoy.
  8. Pagkatapos ay ilagay sa bowl na malalim. Kapag malamig na ay ilagay sa plato na gusto ninyong paglagyan.
  9. At kung gusto ninyong dekorasyonan ay lagyan lang ng sweet kernels sa ibabaw at sa palibot ng plato. Para maganda tingnan. Serve.

Donut - Dough-Nut

Kakanin

Ingredients:
  • Donut Mixture - See Pandisal Recipe
  • White sugar
Procedure:
  1. Ilatag sa malinis at malapad na lugar ang iyong Dough-Nut.
  2. Kumuha ng isang hiwa ng dough at palaparin gamit ang rolling pink ( approx. ½ inch thick.
  3. Kumuha ng Doughnut cutter at e press sa dough. Kapag walang cutter ay gumamit ng baso at maliit na bilog para mabutas ang gitna ng iyong dough. Puydi na rin ang takip ng bote.
  4. Ilagay ang iyong dough sa baking pan / back bleck at patubuin para dumoble ang size niya.

Ingredients:
  • Cheese in cubes
  • Young Coconut fresh
  • Young coconut Juice
  • Nestle cream
  • Nata de coco
  • Condensed milk
  • Additional pine Apple chunks - optional

  • Buko pandan ( Pandan leaves )
Procedure:
  1. Jelly powder / Gelatine at pandan leaves ay pakuluan sa Young coconut Juice halu-haluin lang at kapag kumulo na ay hanguin at ilagay sa form kapag malamig na ay hiwain lang ng cube.
  2. Tapos puydi na e add sa Young coconut fresh, nata de coco,cheese, condensed milk, nestle cream and additional pine Apple chunks - optional lang ito.

  • 500 grm. Mascarpone
  • 4 Eigelb

  • 10 Löffel Amaretto
  • 1 Tasse Kaffe ( Stark )
  • Kakao Pulver, zum bestreuen
Cooking Instruction:

Zubereitung:
  1. Mascarpone, Eigelb, Zucker schaumig schlagen. Amaretto dazugeben. Pudergelatine dazugeben.

Home Made Baked French Freis / Pommes Frites







Ingredients:

  • 5 large Potatoes
  • 1/8 tsp. cooking oil
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • Procedure:
  1. Peel skin of potatoes and wash.
  2. Then cut the Potatoes in Strips.
  3. Boil strips potatoes. Add cooking oil and salt. Cover and boil for 8 minutes.
  4. Drain off the water. Add a dash of salt or Brat Kartoffel Gewürzsalz(optional).
  5. Baked the Potatoes in a greased pan at 180°C. For about 20-25 minutes or until brown.
  6. Serve!
Garnish With:
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Parsley

Cucumber Salad With Nestle Cream

Gurken Salat Mit Sahne

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 2 pcs. cucumber
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 Cup white cream ( Nestle cream ) / sahne
  • 1 onion, sliced very fine
  • 1 - 2 teaspoon white sugar
  • 2 - 3 tablespoon salad vinegar / or Apple cider
  • Bunch of Dill, sliced very fine
Garnishing:
  • Dill

Procedure:
  1. Balatan ang cucumber, at hiwain ng maninipis, ihalo ang white sugar, salt, at pepper. Paghaluin lang ng mabuti at kaunting himas-himas lang. At ibabad ng ( 2 ) dalawang minuto.
  2. Pagkaraan ng ( 2 ) dalawang minuto ay tanggalin ang sauce niya. Ilagay sa baso. Itabi.
  3. Ang susunod na gagawin ay ilagay ang nestle cream/ or: sahne, onions, dill, vinegar, pepper at haluin.
  4. Timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa. At ilagay sa refrigerator. Palamigin.

Hipon Sitsaro

Ingredients:
  • 300 grm. Hipon - Binalatan
  • 300 grm. Sitsaro
  • 4 pcs. Bawang dinikdik
  • 2 pcs. Sibuyas Bombay
  • 1/8 teaspoon Paminta
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
Procedure:
  1. Ang ulo ng hipon ay ilagay sa bowl,lagyan ng tubig at pigain ang ulo para yong katas nya ay lumabas o kaya isalang sa apoy at pakuluan 5 minutes at ito ay pangsabaw mamaya.
  2. Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas Bombay, saka ilagay ang binalatan na hipon at ang sabaw sa ulo ng hipon. Kapag kumulo na ay ilagay ang sitsaro, lagayan ng paminta.
  3. Isunod ang oyster sauce, haluin lang, mga 6 to 8 minutes hintayin lang maluto ang gulay.
  4. Serve hot with Rice.

Fried Phoenix Prawns

Ingredients:
  • 12 pcs. Prawns
  • Vegetabiles leaves - for decoration
  • 1 tomato - for dekoration
  • Oil - pamprito kailangan marami ilagay sa kaha o sa kaldero
  • Harina
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Panimpla # 1
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Salt
Panimpla # 2
  • ½ glass cornstarch
  • 1 egg white
  • Water
Panimpla # 3
  • 1 tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Spring Onions - tinadtad
  • 1 tsp. Luy-a ( Ginger - tinadtad )
  • ¼ tsp. Sesame oil
Pamaraan sa pagluto:
  1. Ang balat ng prawns ay tanggalin. Pero ang buntot ay iiwan. Ang gray ng tiyan ay tanggalin at ang prawns ay hugasan at patuyoin. Ang likod ng prawns ay hiwaan tapos lapadon, dahan-dahan pag pokpok ang likod ng prawns. At ihalo ang panimpla # 1 at marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Ang panimpla # 2 ay ihalo. Pero ang prawnsay lagayan muna ng Flur at ihalo na ang panimpla #2, huwag lagyan ang buntot.
  3. Ang kaha or kaldero na pagprituhan ng prawns ay lagyan ng maraming oil at e deep fry ang prawns 2-3 minutes, hanguin at patuyuin.
  4. Ang vegetabile leaves at tomato ay pang dekoration, ang vegetabile leaves ay ilagay sa gitna ng plato at e arrange ang piniritu na prawns at ang tomato naman ay ipalibot sa gilid ng plato na naka arrange ang prawns.
  5. Ang panimpla # 3 ay paghaluin at siya ang sauce. Serve

Sinigang na Ulo ng Maya-Maya

Ingredients:
  • Ulo ng Maya-Maya - O kahit na anong klaseng isda
  • Sibuyas Bombay
  • 1 pc. Bawang
  • Kangkong
  • Labanos - ( Radish na puti )
  • 2 pcs. Kamatis
  • ½ tbsp. Patis
  • 1/8 tsp. Paminta powder
  • 1 pck. Sinigang na may Miso - O kahit Mamasita Sinigang
  • 2 Glases water
Procedure:
  1. gisa ang bawang, sibuyas, kamatis,haluin lang. Kapag nagisa na ay saka lagyan ng tubig,at patis. Takpan at pakuluan!
  2. Kapag kumulo na ay ilagay ang ulo ng isda. Pakuluan uli ng 20 minutes.
  3. Saka ilagay ang paasim. Paminta.
  4. Kapag malapit ng maluto ang isda ay ilagay ang labanos.
  5. Kapag luto na ang labanos ay ilagay ang kangkong,lutuin lang 2 minutes huwag masyado lata ang pagkaluto ng gulay dahil mawawala ang Vitamina niya.

Garlic Prawns

Ingredients:
  • ½ Kilo / 500 grams. Prawns, butterfly- Pepper, Salt ( to taste )
  • 2 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika, powder
For the Sauce:
  • 70 grams. Garlic, minced
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons Butter
Preparation for the Prawns:
  1. Clean and Butterfly prawns. Season with salt, pepper, calamansi Juice, and Paprika powder.
  2. Heat grill and cook prawns till done ( Do not overcook or it will get tough ).
  3. Set aside.
Preparation for the Sauce:
  1. Cook garlic in olive or until light brown in color then remove from heat.
  2. Add in the butter and swirl.
  3. Pour it over the grilled prawns and Serve.
Garnish:

Ingredients:
  • 1 Kilo Prawns
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper powder
  • 4 cloves garlic - tinadtad ng pinong-pino

  • 1 piece red hot chilli ( Optional )
  • Vitsen ( Optional )
  • 2 tbsp, oil / Or star Margarine
Paraan:
  • Hugasan ang Prawns at hiwaan ang likod para Hindi mahirap kapag inihain at madali nalang ang balat tanggalin kapag kainin.
  1. Igisa ang bawang at isunod ang sibuyas Bombay, isunod din ang prawns.
  2. Timplahan ng Oyster sauce, pepper, hot chilli, haluin lang at takpan.
  3. Mga ilang minuto ay luto na - siguro mga 10 minutes luto na tsansahin nalang.

Spicy Kaunti

Ingredients:
  • 4 pcs. Crabs, Cut 2x ( Malinis na )
  • Ulo Or Dulo ng onion leaveas
  • 1 Onion leaves, malaki - slanting ang pagkahiwa
  • 1 - 2 tbsps. Butter or Cooking oil
  • 4 Bawang, minced
  • Ginger, ( Luy-a )sliced strips
  • 2 tbsps. Oyster sauce
  • Maggi cube, or Knorr seasoning, pampalasa
  • Pepper
  • A dash of Vitsen, ( Optional ) depende sa iyo.
  • 1 hot chilli, para may kaunting maanghang siya.
  • 3 patak ng sesame oil.
Procedure:
  1. Igisa ang bawang, ulo ng onion leaves, kapag light brown na ay ilagay ang ginger ( Luya-a ), kapag medyo light brown na ang Luya-a, ay isunod ngayon ang alimango, at lagyan ng kaunting tubig. Takpan at pakuluan.
  2. Kapag kumulo na ay ilagay ang Knorr seasoning at oyster sauce.
  3. Kapag malapit ng maluto ang alimango ay ilagay ang hot chilli.
  4. Ilagay din ang onion leaves. Pakuluan lang ng 2 Minutes. At ilagay ngayon ang tatlong patak ng sesame oil. Pampabango lang. Serve.

Giant Kasele With Green Vegetables

Ingredients:
  • Giant kasele
  • Green vegetable ( Pichay )
  • 1 cup oil ( Pang prito )
  • 1/6 kutsarita sesame oil
  • 2 kutsarita soja sauce
  • 2 kutsarita oyster sauce
  • 2 kutsara suka
  • 1/4 kutsarita sugar
  • 6 cloves ajos, crushed
  • 2 pcs. bombay, sliced
  • A dash of vitsen ( optional )
  • 1 teaspoon patis
Pamaraan sa pagluto:
  1. Ang Kasele hiwain, at i-prito until brown.
  2. Mag painit ng oil sa isang kawali, at isunod ang bawang, bombay, soja sauce, suka, sugar, vitsen,patis.
  3. pakuluan ng isang minuto. Ihulog ang nakatabi na pinirito na kasele, at isunod ang sesame oil, at ang ibang pansahog.
  4. Ingatan sa paghalo at hindi madurog ang isdang kasele.
  5. Timplahan na ayon sa inyong panlasa.
Note: 1.)
A.) ng pichay ay ihiwalay pagluto. Magpakulo ng tubig at doon
ihulog ang buo na pichay huwag hiwain at ihiwalay sa tangkay.
At hanguin. At ihalo sa kasele, kailangan ay hindi lata ang pagkaloto ng pichay.

Salera‘s Style - Steamed Fish

Ingredients:

Methode # 1
  • Fish -Isda
  • Pamintang buo - crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pc. Sibuyas bombay
  • ½ tsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger - finely grated
  • 200 grm. mushroom
  • -tanglad or Zitronen grass
  • Green onion leaves - sibuyas dahin
  • A dash of salt
Procedure:

  1. Ang isda ay hiwaan ka tatlo, tapos budburan ng kaunting asin.
  2. E- arrange ngayon ang sibuyas bombay, pamintang buo, mushroom, tanglad, on the bottom of the steaming bowl. Then place fish on top of the vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle ginger, garlic, sesame oil over fish. Top with the remaining green onion leaves, mushrooms.
  4. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Or until fish flakes easily.
Ingredients for Making the Sauce: Steamed Fish Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp. Soja sauce
  • 1 tsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 - 2 pcs red hot chilli
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch - tinunaw sa kaunting tubig.
  • ½ cup water or sabaw sa isda na pinag steam-man.
  1. Ilagay sa kaldero ang lahat na ingredients para sa sauce at pakuluan hanggang lumabas ang kanyang lasa. Isunod ang cornstarch haluin lang. At timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa.
  • Ang isda at ang mga gulay ay ilagay sa malaking plato at ang sauce niya…at dekorasyonan.
Garnishing:
  • Red bell pepper - sliced pahaba - if disired
  • 1 Kamatis sliced pahaba . Tanggalin ang liso. Para pag dekorasyon sa ibabaw - if desired.
TIP:

Note:
  • Place the Steamer inside your wok, or over a large Pan or Pot if you don‘t haare a wok.

  1. Place the steamer inside your wok or over a large Pan or pot if you don‘t have a wok.
  2. Make sure is 1 - 2 inches of water in the bottom of the wok, Pan or Pot for steaming.
  3. Hiwaon ang isda ug pahiran ng kaunting asin ug sesame oil.
  4. Arrange onions, mushroom, tanglad on the bottom of the steaming bowl. Ibutang an fish on the top of the vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle the spring onions, remaining mushrooms, over fish.
  6. Cover and steam at high heat for 15 - 20 minutes
  7. Be sure to check your kaldero from time to time para hindi masunog, add more water if needed ensuring, it doesn‘t boil.

Making Sauce:
  • Sesame oil
  • Soysauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Hot chilli
  • Cornstarch
Toppings:
  • Serve fish, remove fish from the steamer. Place on a serving platter, sprinkle with sauce and spring onions, parsley/Petersilie, fresh Koriander.

Main Dish

Ingredients:
  • Fisch - Lachs
  • 8 - 10 Pcs. Paminta buo - dinurog/tinadtad
  • Salt
  • 1 pc. Zitronen ( Lemon ) - balat ginadgad
  • Zitronen saft ( Lemon Juice )
  • Bacon ( Schinken) ( Ham )
  • Cooking oil - Pampritu
For Sauce:
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Spring onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Rosmarin, fresh
  • Safran - Aroma
  • Klare brühe - or Knorr seasoning
  • Koriander
  • Pfeffer
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Instruction:
  1. Ang fish ay ilagay sa plato at timplahan ng salt, paminta, lemon Juice, balat ng lemon na ginadgad. Pagkatapos ay ilagay o ipalibot ang ang schinken or ham sa isda at ipiritu hanggang mag golden Brown o hanggang maluto.

Ingredients:
  • ½ - 1 Kilo Cooked Kugeta sliced fine
Panimpla ng Kugeta:
  • Garlic

  • 1 tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 onions - sliced
  • 2 pcs. Tomatoes - sliced

Procedure:

Fish Seasoning:

1 - 2 cups cooking oil for frying:

Ginataan na Manok na may Curry at Mushroom

Ingredients:
  • ½ - 1 Kilo Manok ( Chicken ) - sliced mahaba na manipis
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 pcs. Onions
  • 75 grm. Tomato paste
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger, grated - luya -a
  • 2 pcs. Potatoes - hiwa pang apat
  • 1 tbsp. Red Curry paste
  • ½ tsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 can coconut milk - or fresh coconut grated
  • Vitsen - optional
  • 200 grm. Mushroom
  • 100 grm. Tangkay ng celery - optional
  • 50 grm. Spring onions
  • 2 pcs. Onions - pang-apat ang hiwa ilagay ito kasama ang mushroom 5 minutes, bago hanguin sa apoy ang niluto.
  • Chicken cube
  • ½ tbsp. Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
Procedure:
  1. Igisa sa butter ang bawang, luya-a, sibuyas Bombay, at isunod ang manok na minarinate. Haluin lang.
  2. Kapag matuyuan na ng sauce, ay ilagay ang tomato paste, haluin lang. At isunod ngayon ang Curry paste.
  3. Isunod ang malabnaw na gata ng niyog, at ½ glass na tubig, at fish sauce. Takpan lang para lumambot ang karne.
  4. At isunod ngayon ang patatas, spring onions , chicken cube, at isunod ang pure na gata ng niyog. Pakuluan lang at isunod ang mushroom, onions, at bell peper.
  5. Timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa.

Chicken Lemon In Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 6 pcs. Chicken Thigh or chicken legs
  • 2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs. Onions, chopped
  • 6 pcs. Green whole pepper, crushed
  • A dash of white pepper powder
  • 2 - 3 tbsps. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 tsp. Garlic flavour
  • 2 tbsp. Thin soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Paprika powder
  • Salt to taste
2 Cups oil - pampritu

Parsley / Petersilie, chopped

Sauce Thickening:
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch na tinunaw sa kaunting tubig
Procedure:
  1. Linisan ng mabuti ang paa ng manok. Ang likod ng chicken legs ay hiwaan kaunti ka tatlo.
  2. Paghaluin ang lahat ng ingredients Kasama ang manok at isalang sa kaldero. Takpan at pakuluan 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. Pagkatapos ay hanguin sa kaldero ang manok, patuyuin. At ipritu sa mainit na mantika hanggang maging golden brown.
  4. Ang Sauce mixture ay hanguin sa kaldero at ilagay sa maliit na bowl at isama ang parsley, at e mixer. Pagkatapos ay ibalik sa maliit na kaldero at pakuluan 2 minutes at ilagay ang cornstarch pampalapot at timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa.
  5. Garnish with: sliced lemon and parsley

Chicken Kimberley With Rice and Sauce

Main dish

Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast, sliced - walang buto
  • Salt
  • A dash of white Pepper
  • A dash of garlic flavour
  • A dash of Koriander
Procedure:
  1. Ilagay ang chicken sa plato at timplahan ng salt, pepper, garlic flavour at Koriander
  2. At ang mozarella ay ilagay sa ibabaw ng chicken at e bake. 15 - 20 minutes
Chicken Kimberley Sauce:
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil or butter
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Cup sahne / or milk
  • 4 tbsps. White wine
  • ½ Cup stock broth
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 stalk Petersilie ( parsley ), chopped
  • 1 tsp. Soßenbinder or cornstarch
  1. Magpainit ng kawali at ilagay ang olive oil, Igisa ang garlic at onion.
  2. Kapag golden brown na ay ilagay ang stock broth, white wine, chicken cube, sahne/milk,soßenbinder at haluin lang.
  3. Hanguin sa apoy at e blender para maging pinong-pino ang sauce niya. Pagkatapos ay salain at ibalik ngayon sa apoy. Pakuluan lang at timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa, ayos na.
  4. E-arrange na sa plato ang chicken at ang rice kasama ang sauce niya.
Butter Rice:
  • Igisa lang ang rice sa kaunting butter at timplahan ng kaunting asin at pepper.
  • E-porma ngayon sa tasa o kaya sa maliit na bowl at ilagay sa plato, kasama ang sauce at chicken.

Chicken Curry Jhazz Style

Ingredients:
  • Chicken, cut into serving
  • 2 - 4 Medium sized potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 broth cube / Maggi cube
  • 4 pcs. head garlic, minced
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 Medium sized onions, diced
  • 1 big Medium red bell pepper, sliced square
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Curry paste ( or: Curry powder )
  • 2 thumbs ginger, minced / Luy-a
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 ½ Cups Water / tubig
Cooking Procedure:

  1. Una ay ipiritu muna ang patatas, hanggang maging golden brown. At itabi.
  2. Ang manok ay linisan at hiwain. Patuyuin ng paper towel at timplahan ng kaunting asin at kaunting pepper lamasin lang. At ipiritu din ang manok sa mainit na mantika, hanggang maging golden brown. At itabi.
  3. Sa pinagprituhan ng manok ay bawasan ng mantika at igisa ang bawang, sibuyas bombay, at ang ginger / luy-a. kapag nagisa na lahat ay isunod paglagay ang piniritu na manok.
  4. At timplahan ng fish sauce/patis, curry paste/ curry powder. Haluin lang. At ilagay ang tubig. Takpan at pakuluan 8 minutes.
  5. Ilagay na ngayon ang coconut milk at ang broth cube, celery stalks at ang patatas na piniritu, haluin lang. Pakuluan 4 - 6 minutes.
  6. Ilagay sunod ang red bell pepper!
  7. Serve hot with rice.
Tipps:
  • Kung gusto ninyo ng maanghang ay puydi ninyo dagdagan ng ( 1 ) isang sliced na fresh hot chilli or ½ teaspoon hot chilli powder. Ihalo bago hanguin.

Chicken Asado With Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 Kilo chicken, Cut up
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Maggi cube / chicken cube
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 6 pcs. Paminta buo, crushed
  • 1 tsp. Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsps. Apple cider vinegar / or: coconut vinegar
  • ½ tsp. Fish sauce
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. Brown sogar
  • 1-2 Cups water
  • 4 pcs. Bayleaf
  • A dash of Salt to taste
  • A dash of Vitsen - Optional
Procedure:
  1. Linisan ang manok ng maigi, puydi rin ang unang panglinis ay asin himashimasin ng mabuti at banlawan ng tubig.
  2. Hiwain ang manok ng katamtaman ang laki.
  3. Ilagay sa malaking bowl ang manok na hiniwa at ihalo ang lahat ng ingredients. Ibabad ( 1 ) isang oras.
  4. Sa isang malalim ma kawali o kaldero ay magpainit ng mantika at ipritu ang nakababad na manok, baligtarin lang hanggang maging light brown. At itabi.
  5. Sa pinagprituhan ng manok ay tanggalin ang mantika kung marami at iwanan ng 1 tbsp. na mantika ang kawali. At dito ibuhos ang sauce mixture at pakuluan ng 2 minuto at ihalo ang piniritu na manok. Haluin lang at lagyan ng kaunting tubig para Hindi matuyuan. Pakuluan 15 - 20 minuto.
Serve with:
  • Rice
  • Lumpiang gulay
  • Or: sliced bread

Chicken And Pork Adobo

Ingredients:
  • ½ Kilo pork, sliced into cubes
  • ½ Kilo chicken, sliced into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil
  • 6 - 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 - 2 thumb ginger, grated ( adds Unique flavor )
  • 3 pcs. medium sized onions, diced
  • 3 - 4 cups water
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pc. broth cube
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 pcs. laurel leaves / bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoons cream cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water.
Procedure:
  1. Saute the garlic, ginger, onions in hot olive oil or cooking oil.
  2. Add pieces of pork and chicken in a sauce pan. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Pour water, soy sauce, vinegar, broth cube, paprika, and bay leaves.
  3. Let boil. Cover and simmer for 45 - 60 minutes until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
  4. When almost done thicken with cornstarch. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite plain rice.
Tips:
  • You have the Option to cook only Pork Meat. or Chicken meat alone. No need to combine them if desired, as you wish!

Apritadang Manok A La Rheena

Ingredients:
  • ½ kl. Or 1 kl. Manok
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 pcs. Kamatis
  • 2 pcs. Sibuyas Bombay
  • 1pc. Carrots - sliced cube medyo malaki ang hiwa
  • Patatas - cube ang hiwa
  • 75 grm. Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs. Patis
  • 1 Pc. Maggi Chicken cube
  • 1 glass water
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper powder
  • 1 ½ cornstarch - pamapalapot
Procedure:
  1. Unahin igisa ang bawang isunod ang sibuyas Bombay at kamatis, haluin.
  2. Saka ilagay ang karne ng manok, haluin lang at timplahan ng patis,chicken Maggi cube
  3. Lagyan ng tubig at palambutin. Takpan!
  4. Kapag malambot na ang manok ay ilagay ang Carrots, Patatas.
  5. Saka ilagay ang Tomato sauce, at lagyan ng paminta.
  6. At isunod ang cornstarch para lumapot. Ayan luto na!

Exotic Pork With Baked Potatoes and Garlic Sauce





Ingredients:

  • 4 - 6 pcs. Sliced Pork
Pork Marinate:
Panimpla # 1
  • ½ Cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp. soya sauce
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Knorr seasoning
  • Dried basilicom
  • Muskatnuss
Panimpla # 2
  • ½ tsp. Butter
  • 1 cloves
  • 1 pc. Onion
Pagawa ng Sauce:
Panimpla # 3
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp. delikatess Braten sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Dunkel Soße - powder
  • 1 tsp. Knorr seasoning
  • 1 - ½ Cup Broth from pork bone
Paraan:
  1. Marinate ang pork sa panimpla # 1 for 20 minutes.
  2. Ang baking pan ay lagyan ng panimpla # 2 at ilagay ang karne na minarinate at e ilagay sa oven.
  3. Preheat oven 180°C at e bake ang karne for 60 - 70 minutes. Tingnan lang para Hindi masunog. At lagyan ngayon ng kaunting tubig.
  4. Baligtad-baligtarin para magpantay ang luto niya. At ang pagka Brown.
Tips:
  • Serve kahit anong vegetables salad
Note:
  • Puydi lagyan ng Fresh cucumber at frech tomato sa gilid ng plato ang karne kung e serve na.

Baked Potatoes With Tenderloin Pork and sliced Zuchinni





Ingredients:

  • 800 grams Tenderloin Pork, sliced into flatten - or in your desired sized
  • 4 pcs. Potatoes, sliced quartered
  • 1 Zuchinni, sliced
  • 1 cream fraiche or Nestle cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pc. Onion, chopped
  • 1 pack Soße zu Braten - optional ( German Sauce )
  • Or: Maggi cube
  • 1 glass stock broth, or pork broth or water
  • ½ - 1 tablespoon cornstarch cream
Marinate Pork Mixture:
  • 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Teriyaki
  • 1 tablespoon red wine
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or garlic flavour
  • 1 teaspoon catsup
  • 1/8 teaspoon pabrika powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried basil - basilicom
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cucurma - Optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried Thymian
  • ½ teaspoon Fünf gewürze - Oprtional
  • Knorr seasoning - optional
  • 1 teaspoon Kotelette Schnitzel würzer - optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon zimt
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • A dash of salt to taste or vegeta
Marinate Pork Mixture Procedure:
  • Paghakluin ang lahat ng Marinate mixture at ilamas-lamas sa karne, hayaang nakababad ng (2 ) dalawang oras or magdamag. Ilagay sa refrigerator.
Cooking Procedure:
  1. Ang baking pan ay ihanda at ikalat ang tinadtad na bawang at hiniwa na sibuyas Bombay at lagyan ½ teaspoon olive oil ikalat lang.
  2. Painitin ang Oven 180°C, at kapag mainit na ay ipasok ang baking pan na may bawang at sibuyas. Kapag light Brown na ay ipaibabaw ang karne na minmarinade. Pagkatapos ng 30 minutes ay baligtarin at ilagay sa tabi niya ang sliced Potatoes.
  3. Pagkaraan ng 25 minutes ay ihanda ang sauce:
  4. Sa isang malalim na bowl ay paghaluin ang cream fraiche, ( Soße zu Brater - Optional ) or ang Maggi cube, stock broth o kaya tubig, 1 tablespoon cream cornstarch, haluin lang, kapag nahalu na ay ibuhos sa baking pan at ilagay na rin sa ibabaw ang sliced zuchinni. Haluin lang paminsan minsan at dahan-dahan lang ang pagkahalu para hindi magdikit ang sauce niya at hindi matuyuan.
  5. Lutuin lang ang zuchinni at pakuluin lang ang sauce 10 - 15 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
Tipps:
  • You can serve also with vegetable salad.
