Fish Cooking Procedure:- Timplahan ang fish ng asin, pepper, lemon juice, thymian at paghaluin.

- 300 grm. Sitsaro
- 4 pcs. Bawang dinikdik

Ingredients:- ½ Kilo vermicelli Noodles / or: Glass Noodles Sotanghon / Or: Chinese egg Noodles, Soak in warm water, then drain and cut with scissor.
- ½ Kilo Pancit Canton, soak in warm water and drain
- 300 grams pork, sliced
- 300 grams chicken breast, slice
- 200 grams Shrimps, Strips sind and head, sliced
- 2 pcs. Chinese sausage, sliced, optional
- 1 tablespoon sambal Oelek / Red chilli paste
- 1 pc. Maggi cube / broth cube
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium sized onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon butter / Or: olive oil, for frying
- A dash of salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, powder
Vegetables:- 1 stalk leek, finely sliced
- 1 Medium sized carrots, cut into strips
- 8 - 10 pcs. Tenga ng daga, ( Black ear fungus ) cut finely - optional

- Add vegetables, when vegetables are half cooked, mix in soaked and drain pancit canton/ vermicelli noodles and stir, cook for 1- 2 minutes. Then add fried Shrimps. You can add more broth stock or water if it is necessary.
- Season with salt and pepper. Correct seasoning.

- 1 - 2 tablespoon yellow or red curry paste
- 2 pcs. Peperoni
- 4 tablespoon tomato paste, optional
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce ( patis )
- ½ teaspoon Paprika powder
- 2 pcs cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 thumb ginger, sliced
- ½ teaspoon ground white/black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 Maggi broth cube
- 2 stalks spring onions, sliced
- ½ Cup hot water
- 4 - 6 Medium sized potatoes, peel off skin and cut into quartered
- 2 pcs. Medium sized carrots, peel off skin and sliced into cube
Procedure:- Heat butter in a saucepan and saute garlic, ginger, onions until light brown. Add tomato paste, and the meat and fry for 6 minutes until beef changes color, stirring constantly, add hot water, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add half of the coconut milk, yellow paste, fish sauce, maggi broth cube and let it boil for 30 minutes in a medium flame.
- Add potatoes, chillies, and add the rest of coconut milk and let it boil for another 10-12 minutes, add carrots, spring onions
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Correct seasoning and serve hot! With Rice.

Ingredients:- ½ Kilo ground Beef
- 2 pcs. boiled potato, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 broth cube, dissolved
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cup glutinous rice, soaked overnight
Procedure:- Mix ground Beef, mashed potato, eggs, broth cube, onion, thoroughly. Then add all Other ingredients except rice and mix thoroughly.
- Using a tablespoon, shape mixture into balls.
- Drain soak rice thoroughly and roll meat balls in it until they are well-covered.

Ingredients:- 1 Kilo beef kabilugan, whole
- 3 - 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped

- 1 sliced dayap or lemond with rind
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 pcs. Peppercorn, crushed
- 1 Cup tomato sauce

- 2 pcs. Laurel, bay leaf
- 1 broth cube, dissolved
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 - 3 Cups hot water
Procedure:- Brown meat in cooking oil. Set aside.
- In the same oil saute garlic, tomatoes and onions, cook for 6 minutes. Put in dayap, soy sauce, peppercorn, tomato sauce, laurel leaf, broth cube, and salt. Simmer for 2 minutes more. Add water, Cover and simmer.
- Add potatoes and carrot, when meat is tender.
- Slice meat. Arrange on a platter with vegetables.

Ingredients:- 1tsp. Cooking salt
- 4 tbsp. Sugar or special sugar for Tocino
- 1 glass water
- 4 cloves Garlic sliced very fine
- 1/8 tsp. Curing salt / Salitre
- 1 tbsp. Phosphate - Tocino flavor ( Orange color )
- 7-up or Sprite
- Black pepper powder or pepper na buo dinurog
Mixture: - Ang unang gagawin ay e -mix ang Phosphate, curing salt, cooking salt, at water, haluin lang hanggang matunaw ang salt and Phosphate.
- Kapag gumawa ng Chicken Tocino ay alisin ang skin.
- Ngayon ang mixture ay ihalo doon sa chicken, at kailangan ipa absorve ang chicken sa mixture.

- 2 pcs. Kamatis

- Asin
- 8 pcs. Bawang - dinikdik

Procedure:- Ipritu ang bawang hangang golden Brown. Set aside.

- 8 - 10 pcs. Bawang

Procedure:- Linisin lang ng maigi ang loob ng pusit, tanggalin ang balat yong itim sa balat kailangan puti lang ang balat sa pusit.

- Sa malaking Bowl na may takip ay lagyan ng flour at asin at E-shake lang natin ang lalagyan para maghalu sila.

- 2 pcs. Medium sized red onions, sliced into ring
- 2 cloved garlic, minced

- 2 Medium sized carrots, cut in rounds
- 1 pcs. Small sized red bell pepper, diced
- 1 pcs. Small sized green bell pepper, diced
- 2- 4 pcs. Tomatoes, sliced
- A dash of ground black pepper
Combine Coconut Vinegar mixture:- ½ Cup coconut vinegar or: Apple cider vinegar
- ½ Cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ - 1 Cup broth stock or water
- 1 - 2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 - 2 teaspoon cream cornstarch, dispersed in 1 tablespoon water
Cooking Procedure:- Fry fish and set aside.
- Combine vinegar, sugar, salt,broth stock, soya sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat cooking oil and sauter garlic, onion, ginger, stir until lightly brown. Add tomatoes. Continue stirring.
- Pour Sweet and Sour Mixture. Simmer for 6 minutes.
- Then add carrots. Simmer until carrots half cook.
- Add fried fish. And let it cook for 1 - 2 minutes and garnish with bell pepper. Serve!

- 25 grms. Bamboo shoot, in a can
- 1 kutsarita light soya sauce
- 1 kutsarita dark soya sauce

- 2 kutsarita rice wine or dry Sherry
- 1 Cup Beef stock broth
- 2 kutsarita cornstarch
- 4 kutsarita tubig
- Salt
- Pepper
Para sa marinate:- Ang soya sauce, oyster sauce, olive oil ay paghaluin, at isama na rin ang ibang ingredients para sa marinate.
- Ang karne ay ilagay sa bowl, ang marinate mixture ay ihalo, haluin lang ng maigi at takpan.
- Ilagay sa refrigerator 30 minutes.
Para sa Sauce:- Magpainit ng kawali at ilagay ang bawang, sibuyas bombay, haluin lang hanggang maging light brown. At ialgay ang cashew nuts.
- Ang karne na minarinate ay isunod pag gisa, tanggalin lang sa sauce at itabi muna ang sauce niya. Kapag naigisa na ang karne ay halu-haluin lang at takpan 8-10 minutes.
- Isunod ngayon ang baguio beans, bamboo shoots isunod ang light at dark soya sauce, rice wine, or Sherry, at ang stock beef broth ( sabaw ng baka ).

Ingredients:- 1/8 Cup liver paste
- 4 tablespoons coconut vinegar or other vinegar
- 1 ½ Cups water
- ½ Cup sugar
- ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 8 pcs. Sibuyas tagalog or shallots, sliced fine
- 4 - 6 tablespoon bread crumbs, dispersed in 1 Cup water
- Kasubha ( wild saffron fried in hot oil or 1 bay leaf, optional )
Procedure:- Mix liver paste, 1-½ Cup water, bread crumbs, sugar, ½ kasubha, laurel, salt, pepper. Blend well and set aside.
- Saute garlid in cooking oil. Add onions, and fry until tender . Add the liver mixture. Boil without stirring.
- Do not cover the saucepan. Add bread crumbs dispersed in 1 cup water. Cook ‘till it thickens.
- Serve topped with the rest of the crisp brown garlic and fried kasubha.

Ingredients:- Pork fillet
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sauce - or oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon
- A dash of pepper
- A dash of Paprika, powder
- 1/8 tsp dried Basilicom
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp barbecue spices
Procedure:- Combine all the marinade ingredients and then marinate the pork overnight or for 2 hours.
- Remove the pork from the marinade. Put a small amount of oil in grilling pan and seal the pork.
- Place the pork in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes, let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:- 5 pcs. Chicken Legs
- 1 pc. Onions, choped ( sibuyas Bombay )
- 1 teaspoon “ Garlic olive oil Dressing Mixture”
- ½ teaspoon Aroma Fond or broth cube ( Knorr seasoning )
- 2 tablespoons lemon Juice ( Zitrone )
Procedure:- Paghaluin ang lahat ng ingredients at ihalo sa malinis na chicken legs.
- Ilagay ngayon sa kaldero ang pinaghalu na ingredients at ipailalim ang sibuyas Bombay.
- Pakuluan ng 15 minutos. Takpan. Pagkatapos ng 15 minuto ay
- hanguin ang pikaluuan na chicken legs ilagay sa malapad na plato at itabi.
- Ang sauce sa pinagkuluan ng chicken legs ay itabi rin. Para timplahan at puydi gawing ´´Gravy Chicken Sauce´´
BBQ Sauce:- 1 teaspoon HP-Honey Woodsmoke flavour
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon chicken flavour ( Hänchen würsalz )
- 1/8 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Muskatnuss - optional
Procedure:- Paghaluin ang lahat ng ingredients at ipahid ngayon sa itinabi na chicken legs, gamit ang brush o kaya kamay. Pagkatapos ay e baking pan at e bake.
- Painitin ang Oven 180 °C at at mga 38 to 45 minutes.
- Serve with chicken Gravy Sauce.
- Patakan sa ibabaw ang luto na BBQ Chicken Legs ng kaunting “ Garlic Olive Oil Dressing”. Para pampabango.

Ingredients:Vegetables:- 2 Medium sized carrots, peeled and cut into one-inch chunks
- 3 Medium potatoes
- 4 Medium onions, sliced
- A bunch of Leek ( lauch )
- ½ beef cube
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced, cut
Marinate Mixture:- ½ cup catsup
- 2 cups broth stock or water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon Juice
- 3 - 4 tablespoon redwine
- 1 teaspoon Aroma fond, optional
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 small onion, minced
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon worcestersauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:- Ang karne ay linisan at patuyuin ng paper towel at ihalo ang Marinate Mixture, at ilagay sa shallow glass baking dish. Takpan at ilagay sa refrigerator magdamag.
- Painitin ang Oven: 180°C - 190°C
- Ihanda na ang nakababad na beef mixture at ikalat ang sibuyas bombay sa ibabaw sa beef mixture. Takpan at e-bake 3 hours.
- Pagkatapos ay ilagay sa beef mixture ang carrots, potatoes, beef cube, leeks, ( Lauch ), Takpan uli at patuloy ang pag bake ng 65 - 80 minuto hanggang ang beef at vegetables ay lumambot.
- Kapag malapit na silang maluto ay ilagay ang red bell pepper.
- Dagdagan ng asin at ground pepper, timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa.
- Serve with a sweet smile.
Tips:- Ang recipe na ito ay puydi gagawin sa 1 whole chicken, at pork
- Ang para sa manok ang gagamitin ay white wine instead of redwine. At papasukan ang tiyan ng manok sa ilalim ng lemon grass ( Tanglad.) para mabango siya.
- At para crispy pagkatapos ng 1 ½ hours ay tanggalin ng takip. E-bake uli ang manok ng 45 - 60 minutes para maging crispy.

Ingredients:- 1 - 2 Kilos pork ribs, cut at your desired sized
- Marinate Mixture:
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 2 - 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon Juice
- 1 Cup 7-up or sprite
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 tablespoon Honey
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1 thumb ginger, chopped
- 3 - 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon hot chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder or five spice
Procedure :- Combine all marinate mixture and add pork ribs. Mix thoroughly. And refrigerate for about 12 - 24 hours.
- Grill over Medium heat, for about 45 - 60 minutes or until done, while basting with Marinade sauce.

Ingredients:- 2 Cups malagkit flour or Rice flour
- 1 - 1 ½ Cups water
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 1 - 1 ½ Cups coconut flakes ( coconut grated ) Kinodkod na niyog
- ¼ Cup Sasame seeds - light roasted in a frying pan without oil
Procedure:- Ihalo ang tubig sa malagkit flour or rice flour, haluin lang ng maigi.
- Ang sunod na gagawin ay e-porma ngayon ng balls (at e-flatten ), palaparin lang ang palitaw.
- Magpakulo ng tubig sa kaldero, kapag kumukulo na ay ihulog ang palitaw. Kapag lumilitaw na ang palitaw ay puydi nang haluin at itabi.
- Samantala ang sesame seeds naman ay ilagay sa mainit na kawali na walang mantika, haluin lang sa dahan-dahan na apoy para maging golden brown and kulay niya.
- Pagkatapos ay ihalo ang sesame seeds sa white sugar , at e-coat or e-dip ngayon ang palitaw sa sugar-sesame seeds mixture.
- At e-coat na naman sa coconut flakes or kinodkod na niyog. Serve!

Ingredients:- 1/2 cup liquid glycerin
- · 1/2 cup water
- · 2 1/2 to 3 cups sugar or salt (white sugar, brown sugar, or table salt)
- · 1 teaspoon solid coconut butter or solid coconut oil
- · 6 drops of essential oil of your choice, or combine several (not to exceed 6 drops)
Procedure:- Combine glycerin, water, and one cup of sugar or table salt until the salt/sugar has mostly dissolved. Add the remainder of the sugar/salt until you have a rather pasty mixture, at a consistency you prefer.
- Meanwhile, melt the coconut butter or oil in a small container, in your microwave. MELT, but do not overheat.
- tir the melted coconut oil into your sugar mixture, and stir well. Last, add the six drops of essential oils of your choice, stirring to blend.
- Melt and add more coconut butter or oil to reach your desired consistency. Transfer your mixture to an airtight container or jar, and cool until slightly thickened. Use as an after shower or after bath moisturizing body scrub.
Ingredients:- 6 pcs. Crabs
- 4 - 6 pcs. whole black pepper, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 thumb ginger, sliced fine-strips
- 1 pc. Maggi cube
- 1 Cup chicken broth stock
- 2 tablespoons flour
- A dash of salt
For deep frying:Cooking Procedure:- Open crab by sepating top shell claws and splitting the Body into half.
- Remove gills and discards.
- Dredge crab in flour and season with salt.
- Deep fry crab in cooking oil. When it is done. Set aside.
- In a separate wok pour black pepper, and roast for a few second, then add butter, garlic, ginger, and crab. Stir
- Add chicken broth stock, Maggi cube. Simmer for 6 minutes.
- Correct seasoning with salt and pepper to taste
- Arrange on a platter and serve.

Ingredients:Fish:- ½ - 1 Kilo fish, sliced ( Cleaned )
- Fish Season with: salt, pepper, lemon Juice and fry.
- 1 - 2 Cups Oil for frying.
- Ingredients for Young‘s Eskabitse Tomato Catsup:
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil / Or: olive oil
- 2 pcs. Large sized red onions, sliced into ring
- 4 cloved garlic, minced
- 2 thumbs ginger, cut in long thin Strips
- ½ Cup tomato catsup
- 2 Medium sized carrots, cut in long strips
- 1 pcs. Small sized red bell pepper, sliced into ring ( Atsal )
- 1 pcs. Small sized yellow bell pepper, sliced into ring ( Atsal )
- A dash of ground black pepper
Combine sweet and sour mixture:- ½ Cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut vinegar
- 1 Cup broth stock or water
- 2 - 3 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 - 2 teaspoon cream cornstarch, dispersed in 1 tablespoon water
Cooking Procedure:- Fry fish and set aside.
- Combine vinegar, sugar, salt,broth stock, soya sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat cooking oil and sauter garlic, onion, ginger, stir until lightly brown. Add tomato catsup. Continue stirring.
- Pour Sweet and Sour Mixture. Simmer for 6 - 8 minutes.
- Then add carrots. Simmer until carrots half cook.
- Add fried fish. And let it cook for 1 - 2 minutes and garnish with bell pepper. Serve
Garnishing:- Red Bell Pepper, sliced ring ( Atsal )
- Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced ring ( Atsal )

Ingredients - 1/2 Kilo Pork Pork, boneless
MARINATE in:- 2 teaspoons woodsmoke flavour ( Mild BBQ sauce )
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basilicom
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- ½ teaspoon dried basilicom
- 1/8 teaspoon dried Thymian
- A dash of salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons melted butter

Cooking Procedure:- Mix all ingredients into pork and marinate for 15 - 30 minutes.
- Fry pork marinate in 3 tablespoon melted butter, fry until done.
- Correct seasoning.
- Arrange on a platter

Ingredients:- 600 grams. Or ½ Kilo Pork Boneless, sliced cube
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoon yellow Curry paste
- 1 - 2 fresh hot chillies, chopped
- 1 - 2 tableapoons fish sauce
- 200 - 250 grams. bamboo shoots
- 50 grams. Leek, sliced ( lauch ) - optional
- 2 pcs. Medium sized onions, sliced
- 1 thumb ginger, sliced
- 1 - 2 Cups pure coconut milk - / Or 1 can coconut milk, you can buy in Oriental Store / Asia Shop
- 1 pc. medium carrot, sliced
- 1 pc. broth cube
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- A dash of black pepper, powder
Cooking Procedure:- Heat butter in a saucepan and saute garlic, ginger, onions until light brown. Add the meat and fry for 8 minutes until pork changes color, stirring constantly.
- Add half of the coconut milk, yellow paste, fresh sauce,broth cube and let it boil for 30 minutes in a low flame.
- Add carrot, leek, bamboo shoots, chillis, and add the rest of coconut milk and let it boil for another 8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Correct seasoning and serve hot! With Rice.

- Parsley is a multi-purpose herb. It can be used as a garnish and flavouring and as a vegetable.
- There are two main varieties: 1.) Curly leaf 2.) Flatleaf. Both can be used for the same purposes, although flatleaf parsley has a stronger flavour and tends to be favoured in Mediterranean cooking.
- Parsley can be used in almost any savoury dish. It's especially good used in great quantities in fresh salads or in soups and sauces. Chop or shred it and mix with butter to melt over fish or to glaze vegetables.
Ingredients:- 2 - 3 pcs. red fresh hot chillies,chopped / Or: chilli flakes
- 2 teaspoons hot chilli powder
- 4 tablespoon catsup
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Large sized onion, chopped
- ½ - 1 Cup vinegar
- ½ Cup water
- 1 ½ Cup Pineapple Juice or: Orange Juice
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A dash of ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cream cornstarch,dispersed in 2 tablespoons cold water
Procedure: - In a wok combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Simmer on a low flame.
- Stir constantly until sauce thickens.

Ingredients:- ¼ - 1/2 kilo Pork with bone
- 1 liter of water
- 2 cloves of garlic,chopped
- 1 thumb ginger, sliced
- 1 onions, diced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- Lemon grass / Tanglad
- 1 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- ½ pc. bouillon cubes
- 150 Cabbage ( China kohl )
- 100 grams baguio beans
- 1 small sized eggplant
- 2 tablespoons Mama sita Sinigang sa Sampalok(Tamarind seasoning mix )
- 1 pc. hot chilli, chopped - optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Pork Sinigang na Buto - Buto Cooking Instructions:- In a Wok saute garlic, ginger, onions,and tomatoes. Let simmer for 6 minutes.
- Add pork and water then add fish sauce, bouillon cube. Bring to a boil then simmer for 40 minutes.
- Add Mamasita Sinigang Sampalok,lemon grass ( tanglad ) Let it boil for another 8 minutes.
- Then add baguio beans, eggplant parlsey and chilli ( optional), let it cook again for 6 minutes then add Cabbage (China kohl). Simmer for 1 minute. Serve hot with rice.

Ingredients:- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or buttermilk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Procedure:- Finely grind or process the oatmeal in a blender or food processor. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir together honey and yogurt, and then add ground oatmeal.
- Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste consistency has been reached. Smooth over your face and neck, leave on for fifteen minutes, and rinse off with warm water. Can be used daily.
Ingredients:- ½ Cup rice Flour
- 2 Cups malagkit flour
- 15 grms. Baking powder - or 3 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 can condensed milk
- ¼ Cup water
- ¼ Cup melted butter or melted margarine
Procedure:- Mix and sift dry ingredients
- Combine eggs, milk, water, and butter. And stir into dry ingredients. Blend thoroughly.
- Fill greased muffin tins threefourths and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C Or bake until golden brown or until done.

Ingredients:Ingredients for Chicken Marinate:- ½ kl. Chicken - walang buto - sliced pahaba
- 2 pcs chicken wings
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1/8 tsp. Salt or vegeta
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. Sherry or Rice vinegar
- E-mix lang ang lahat at marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- After 20-30 minutes ay ipiritu ang minamarinate na manok hanggang mag golden brown at set aside.
Mga kailangan sa pagluto:- 1 tbsp. Butter or olive oil
- 4 pcs. Bawang
- 2 pcs. Sibuyas Bombay
- 250 grm. Ham - fried Muna - kung wala . Karne ng baboy hiniwa maliit na cube at ipiritu timplahan ng asin. ( Optional )
- 200 grm. Mushroom
- 200 grm. Brocoli
- 150 grm. Sitsaro
- 20 grm. Leek (Lauch / Porre)
- 20 grm. Spring onion
- 1 Carrot - sliced manipis pahaba - ( Optional )
Panimpla:- 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. Light Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
- ½ glass broth - (sabaw) ng baboy or manok na pinakuluan na buto-buto ng manok or baboy.
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch or Flour
- ½ tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Luya - ginadgad
Cooking Instruction:- Ang mag gulay ay hiwain at pagkatapos ay magpakulo ng sabaw sa karne at dito ihulog ang mag gulay pakuluan lang ng 30 second at hanguin na, Itabi.
- Igisa ang bawang, isunod ang luy-a at ang sibuyas Bombay.
- Isunod ngayon ang manok na piniritu. At ilagay ang mga gulay at ang bell pepper. Timplahan ng oyster sauce, toyo, hoisin sauce, pepper, sesame oil,sugar.
- At ilagay ang cornstarch at itunaw sa kaunting tubig at ihalu para lumapot. Luto na.

- 2 can coconut milk
- 1 pc. broth cube ( Maggi cube )
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce ( patis )
- 1 thumb ginger ( luy-a ), sliced
- 1 large sized onion, sliced
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 10 pcs. black whole pepper, crushed
Vegetables:- ½ eggplant
- 150 grams brocoli
- 100 grams baguio beans
- 1 stalk Lemon grass / Or: tanglad ( Or: Lemon Powder )
- 1 pc. red hot chilli, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper
- Season with salt and pepper
Garnish:- ½ Cup spring onion, sliced
- Cooking Procedure:
- Wash Tahong ( muscheln )
- Combine first ingredients and put in a wok. Simmer for 40 - 50 minutes.
- Then add vegetables. Simmer for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Correct seasoning. Serve with rice

Ingredients:- 1 ½ Cups flour
- ½ Cup cream cheese ( skimmed milk ) Or Quark
- 2 eggs
- 2 pack dry yeast
- 1/3 Cup melted butter
- 1/3 Cup Evaporated milk
- 1/3 Cup white sugar
Procedure:- Combine flour, yeast then add melted butter with evaporated milk and cream cheese and sugar. Mix altogether and form into balls on your desired size.
- Let stand for 30 minutes. Deep fry in hot oil.
Toppings: - White sugar and cinnamon mix together and roll into Doug-Balls.
